DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SPOCKET. The concept sounded great, US suppliers and faster shipping. We started using spocket on our store, placed orders then 5 or 6 business days later they are still unfiflled. I then reached out to customer service and didn't even recieve a reply. Mind, you this was after several hundreds of dollars were spent on orders. Total joke and complete waste of time. Your way better off with oberlo.

Useless app!Products sucks!Same products you can find in some pakistani corner shop in Brooklin or Harlem.Even you delete the app,they will still charged you for a paid plan every month to end of your life!

Update Review posted 1/22/2019 1) I still have not received a refund (as was communicated to me on one order - although they have since terminated that specific vendor from their system for not meeting Spocket's guidelines) 2) I still have not received an RMA for the 2nd order At least I took care of my two clients with a refund on my side. Very disappointed that Spocket never followed through. Original Review posted 1/9/2019 The concept is great . . . allows sellers to add products that align with their customers without investing any money in inventory. Although small, Spocket has some decent products that i added to my site and drop shipping is from the US. Integration went smoothly and process to place orders went well. For all of these things, Spocket would have earned 4.5 stars from me. Would Have. Where Spocket falls short is customer service. Over the holidays i had three orders of their products. I've had issues with two - 66% The first issue is i ordered a product and waited for the shipping confirmation and it never came. I reached out to Spocket and for the first couple of emails through their support page, no response. However, separately i received emails from their sales team wanting me to upgrade to their pro version. I took that time voice the need for Vendor Contact information (which they don't provide) or a tracking code. The second issue is i ordered a product and my client said the sizes ran small. I wanted an RMA and to know if the other size was available. Again, i used my opportunity through the sales team (because the support emails were not getting a response) and no vendor information is available. They eventually offered a refund and an RMA, however, neither has come through. After two additional emails through the only channel that was responding, I have heard nothing. I am now not sure if the first product was ever delivered. And my client for the 2nd order is still waiting for the RMA. So that I can perform a better customer experience for my clients, I am refunding both of their money today. for those of you with no problems, i am happy for you. However my experience is not the same.

Don't be fooled. Shipping costs are super high. They dropship from Ali Express to dropshippers, taking all of your profit forcing you to have to sell at higher costs. Just google suppliers in your niche in the U.S. with the word "dropship" after it and find a direct link. Its usually easy to sign up and fast 3-5 day shipping with 1-2 day processing. Fu** These guys and apps and others like this that keep trying to be cloaked middle men out there. LET THE PLAYING FIELDS BE FAIR YOU ASSHOLES!! You filtering apps and easy importing are not worth this upcharge.

However, this is the standard price for carrier services so that customers can receive items within a short timeframe as fast shipping is crucial to the success of a drop-shipping business. However, if you see any of our suppliers where their shipping costs are unreasonably high, we'd like to know and be notified of it right away so we can look into their shipping rates. So far with my experience i think that most of these reviews are fake or drop-shippers who get allot of charge backs and don't care about the customers needs or building a reliable website. For a USA warehouse shipped products, the orders shipping times are almost the same as Ali Express so why pay the premium fee... The Seller has only so far put in Fake Tracking numbers or just made the shipping label but from some reason they do not want to send it out. Its almost like there waiting for the Item to come to them from Ali Express like drop shipping from a drop-shipper. Tracking Number: 9400110205958011247816 - USPS - Total Fake, This order was made on Dec 16th customer still waiting.. Will need to now give them the Item for free as part of our customer support! Example 2. Tracking Number: 9400110895343169919734 & 9400110895343169919734 https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=9400110895343169919734%2C This was "shipped" over 5 days ago but it never even got to USPS office! I contacted support but they suck and its hard to get any answer from them until i screen shot the problem. So what should I do? Do i just go out there contacting the US Brands like I do all ready for the other products I sell? Or dose anyone know of a company in the US that dose the same thing but works and is not fake? I downloaded this app to support me with drop shipping and used the basic plan at first. I was emailed by Isha and offered a 7 day free trail to test the other plans. I thought that was a great offer so I decided to try it. On day 1 I was changed the annual fee which is a contradiction if free trial. I requested a REFUNDED and back to basic plan and was told they never said 7 day free trail. After sending proof I was ignored. Bad service and not trustful business

We have very bad experience whit these app. They don't respond you when you have a problem. The poor costumer service I have recived. Oberlo is best chioce because the costumer service is one of the most important things.

My experience with Spocket was terrible. I imagine if you have complete disregard for your customers that they might work for you, but if your plan is to run your store with any level of professionalism I would avoid this company like the plague. My first order with the company went like this. I placed the order on November 24th which was a Saturday for items that had 3-5 day processing windows. On Tuesday, December 4th, I reached out because the order still did not have tracking information (7 Business Days) after placing the order - i.e. past the processing window. I was informed that "it is still being processed and you should receive a tracking number within the next few days." In case you are wondering if this delay in processing was a one time fluke, the email continued "Please give this some time and I can assure you that this is normal." When I asked what recourse I had when they did not live up to their processing windows, I received no reply. The following day Wednesday, December 5th I checked the system and low and behold the processing was finished. In fact, the system said the whole order was delivered on Monday, December 3rd. So customer service didn't know that the items had been delivered when they told me on December 4th to "give it some time." Only the thing was that the whole order hadn't delivered. Of the 10 items I ordered, my customer only had received 2. I reached out to find out when the other 8 items would be arriving since the system claimed they were already delivered. This is when they told me that 3 of the items would never be arriving and that they would refund my money. I went out at great expense and replaced the items for my customer since "too bad here is a refund" after the case is horrible customer service, but clearly is par for the course at Spocket. Needless to say, after this experience, we decided that our customer's deserve much better, so we attempted to cancel our year long subscription to Spocket (shame on us for purchasing the "Pro" level before experiencing how they worked). We were informed that they won't change their policies to offer a refund (I have had the service for less than a month). They certainly have that right under their agreement, but again it shows their absolute disregard for the companies using their service. My recommendation is to not order their premium service until you have had the displeasure of working through an issue with their customer service. If it is anything like our experience, I imagine you will be glad to not have spent the money.

This app is not useful, they said it is unlimited products, but its is not. It does not allow more then 20000 Products. We do not recommend this app.

I am a new store looking for reliable drop shippers. First order never arrived could not get help from customer service. Could not get the product or refund from this company. The only email I got was rude and said they sent me an email, which was never received.

No worth it! The pictures of the items are very minimal. Not enough information about the products and the pricing are not the prices directly from manufacturers or brands. They are all from drop shippers...so it's drop shipper ordering from another drop shipper. In other words, you'll end up paying more! Spocket needs to rethink its strategy, layout design, efficiency, and better subscriptions deals.
