I am still learning the app and growing my store with inventory, as I navigate through the process, Eleanor has always been on top of my questions. Her responsiveness and knowledge base has made me feel secure in my decision to proceed with Spocket. I do wish the suppliers would have more art in stock, most have become sold out. That this app has winning products which helps beginners to find their products easily . I as a beginner felt easy to use this app,as support guides helped me in every step to select a product,import it and pushing to my store. I liked the products and the way I m enlighted from help guide

I am new to dropshipping and have alot of questions. Sprocket chat agents always understand my question and gives me the info I need to make my business profitable. I recently reached out because I needed help calculating shipping charges. Not only did Irene answer my questions regarding shipping charges, but also told me about the Aliscraper tool to help me manage my products. Great service!
