Springbot had been Great! I've been using them for the past 3+yrs and they have not only my helped my business grow, but also save money! Springbot is so easy and they have great customer service. I recommend Springbot to people all the time. You should definitely try them out.

We've been using Springbot for a few years now for retargeting and automated emails. We had a good onboarding process and it was easy to understand what we needed to do to get going. Since then, whenever we need to update our content or need support, our rep Ryan is always quick to respond and happy to get on a phone call to answer any question or work on making changes for us.

It was a learning curve. I used to use Omnisend. I am not very computer saavy but they helped me to grow my company. I had to lower my costs so I changed to a smaller company Machine Labs and am happy with that. The conversions from emails did work well. I had to help Springbot improve a lot of their errors. They did have a Messenger ads and Ad Roll but at cost. I suppose it helped get some return. I would rather use my money to do some FB ads direct to get people in the door. I hope they improve slowly.

We are in the early days of implementing both the triggered, segmented email capability as well the anonymous email retargeting capability from Springbot. While it is a little early to do a full review, a big factor in selecting SB was the added account service layer which is proving to be invaluable. Our first point of contact, Bailey was extremely knowledgeable, pro-active and full of very specific high value advice (and a good conversationalist). The team went out of their way to accommodate our challenging requirements and Andrea our engagement lead has been marvelous at helping us get live efficiently and effectively. So far, very happy. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with the SpringBot team.

Was excited at first...very salesy interactions and onboarding. Was very expensive for what you could accomplish on your own with your own e-mail service and retargeting app. I was expecting more interaction and hands-on work from your 'account manager'. After a very simple 'onboarding' you are left to the races was a relatively clunky interface and a once-a-quarter call that isn't really useful. Towards the end, this call was forgotten about and my "once-a-month" free email had typos. Everyone I interacted with was nice though, so that was ok. A good group of people, but quite honestly not worth the high price-point. Especially for smaller businesses.

I can't say enough good things about Nick Hardy and his onboarding help. Springbot is lucky to have him. I found the interface intuitive. I've used a lot of mail providers and Springbot was the easiest for me. I did eventually move to an agency because I need to run my business and not worry about sending emails.

Couldn't agree more with Tuner Tools below, if you have an app like Omnisend downloaded and are comfortable creating your own emails and "abandoned cart" emails, etc then SpringBot offers you no advantage. Communication was poor and delivery deadlines they promised were not met. Delivered emails was poor quality and lacked marketing expertise.

We've used this app for about 10 months now - I cannot recommend it if you have half an understanding of how to do these things yourself. Originally promised a "partner" in marketing and that they would do the heavy lifting and let me focus on the products and technical part. They were originally enthusiastic - until they weren't. FB marketing contact quit and it took 4 MONTHS to get them doing anything. And only with threats of pulling my account. We're back to not contact in over 2.5 months, and simply phoning in bullshit ads that aren't having an ROI. They CLAIM ROI, but it's sales I enter manually. Better off using the money and doing your own Ad-spend and controlling your image. We are in the middle of cancelling our contract right now. Do not waste your money if you are capable of doing this on your own or have a specialized product/field.

I highly recommend Springbot. Their customer service is suberb! Springbot is an incredibly user-friendly platform with lots of very helpful features. Designing and creating email campaigns and managing all my social media is so easy now. I personally worked with Olivia for onboarding. She was very friendly, patient and helped me every step of the way. Olivia also provided great insight and ideas. I would definitely recommend Springbot. It's definitely worth the investment!

Springbot is an incredibly user friendly platform with lots of very helpful features. The analytics are comprehensive and easy to read. Designing and creating email campaigns for my brand has become so much easier and efficient since I started working with Springbot.

I've been using Springbot for quite a while now (since the MailChimp debacle). I was promised that they would be a "partner" in my marketing efforts. This isn't the case. It's just an app. I get an email once in a blue moon with a suggestion here and there. Not much of a "partner". They changed the interface for their email creation. It is very difficult to use. I opted to let them manage my Facebook Ads as well. MISTAKE. My rep just up and left without notice. Emails went unanswered, which was infuriating. No communication. I just out of the blue get an email from my new FB ads rep. No explanation. Speaking of FB ads. I went through all of the ones that Springbot created, and found 1/2 of them not pointing to my Instagram page and were using the wrong pixel. It was using an inactive one. FOR 3 MONTHS. I'm dropping them like a hot rock. The service is NOT worth the monthly fee. I'm really tired of Shopify Partners screwing me out of my hard earned money.

I have been using Springbot for the last 30 days or so and I can really say I really like it. I do think that some elements of the platform were oversold to us but I will get into that later. Pros: The email segmentation and targeting is awesome. The whole email marketing platform is top notch. Very easy to use and has already provided us with great results. Much better than Mailchimp! The Ads platform is also very nice. The Adroll integration is amazing and again has already provided us with a big ROI. I do feel the creation and implementation of the ads can be a little clunky. It isn't as intuitive as the email creation stuff but the results make up for it. Cons: The social hub is virtually worthless in my opinion. I don't use it at all. You're very limited in what you can do inside of it in terms of functionality. The big thing is the ability to schedule post, which you can do in FB business manager anyways. You can also schedule tweets but our business doesn't use Twitter. No Pinterest integration or ability to post or manage your Instagram account. I guess the shoppable Instagram is cool but like I said you can't manage any other things from Instagram. Conclusion: Overall I love the platform. The social limitations aside everything else is really great and I do think it is worth the money. The Springbot team has been incredibly helpful, our sales person Preston was really great in addressing our initial concerns and getting us committed. The on-boarding specialist Olivia was really helpful in getting us setup and getting the ball rolling. Our Account Manager Ashley has been great so far, we haven't had a ton of time to work with her yet but I'm sure if she's anything like the other people on the Springbot team she'll be a great resource. Overall I would recommend it if you can afford the expense and can spend the time learning the platform.
