Dominic was able to solve my issue in a timely manner. They were very helpful. I was having issues with the app syncing my Inventory from one to the other.
beware. still charging me for this despite uninstalling it a month ago!! i have screen shots from the date of uninstall too. Update. They refunded me for the most recent charge.

Needed help with a custom sync with a complex retail square to Shopify connection. Joseph was incredibly helpful with not only solving some of the technical pieces (server timeouts because we have a huge inventory) but also with a custom sync of categories sold only in our retail stores. Had an issue syncing products and within minutes Joseph soled the issue, gave me some information to get products syncing in the future and we had a nice chat about Egypt! ( Ask him about it. I love this app. It's a miracle that when I create an item in shopify it is automatically created in square. Saves us a huge amount of time. Another miracle: changing the price of items in shopify (i.e. marking up or down) automatically changes the price in square. Another great feature is the list of unsynced items: After the first sync there were a number of items that didn't sync and when I looked at them I saw all the errors I'd made over time and I had NO IDEA that they were even there. BEST thing: instant chat with very knowledgeable and friendly tech support.

Well, shopify POS needs to have an internet connection in order to work properly. So, I needed a way to handle offline payments with square terminal (we are ren faire vendors) but syncing inventory with square in real time when I could get a connection is essential. I downloaded and setup SQ inventory Sync and was able to start pulling my products over to square automatically. Angelica helped me along the way and was instantly available in the app, which was amazing. I did have little hangup in that "product syncing" and "inventory syncing" are two different features. A quick chat with Angelica and I am now getting my new products to sync over to square as well as just the inventory for previously synced products. The support has been wonderful and really helped me out of a situation of not being able to take card payments offline possibly saving us hundreds of dollars this week alone. -------update after about a year. I had a few issues with the syncing. After several attempts as solving issues, Khaled worked through the process and for the first time all products are syncing. This shows both a knowledge of the systems involved and the commitment to resolution. Now testing to see if issue is resolved for the long term. Thank you.
