Joseph assisted with the product syncing. It was stuck while running over night but he helped to solve the problem. He's very helpful. Thanks.

Quick and easy import with seamless syncing capabilities from square to shopify. Took less than 5 minutes to import the products with pictures and prices. Support was very responsive and immediate. Why am I giving 4 stars? App still requires improvements such as importing of product shipping weights, No SEO data was transferred, and product categories import were not consistent with that which was on my square website. All of this I had to retype for each product which takes time. Otherwise great app.

Normie was amazing, she was able to get on a call and guide us through our Sync set up. She was a tremendous help and showed us each option we needed to know for future product updates! I run a 6 figure ecom shop here on shopify and this is my go to sync my products. Thanks again Normie!!

The representative I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. It's was a easy set up. The trick is to make sure all the locations match. Mohamed Hussein with SQ Sync was very helpfull and helped keep me on track. So far it's working as intended.

OMG, the customer service her is AMAZING! Angelica from the app chat came on and I thought it was a robot at first.. but no! It was a live person and she helped me so much and gave so much information to help me get situated. She is amazing!

Joseph was great at helping me set up a seamless sync between my Square in store POS and our Shopify website. He was patient and allowed me to work on other things away from the computer while he worked on our product upload and sync (over 5,000 items!) I'm excited to see how the app will work, but so far very happy with the level of customer service we've received. :)
