I recently had a support experience with this company and I have to say it was nothing short of exceptional. The representative I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was still running smoothly. I would definitely give their support a 5-star rating. It's was a easy set up. The trick is to make sure all the locations match. Mohamed Hussein with SQ Sync was very helpfull and helped keep me on track. So far it's working as intended.

Mohamed Hussein was incredibly helpful. He synced my full inventory over to square and I am so thankful, as I had no idea how to do this myself.

OMG, the customer service her is AMAZING! Angelica from the app chat came on and I thought it was a robot at first.. but no! It was a live person and she helped me so much and gave so much information to help me get situated. She is amazing!

Joseph was great at helping me set up a seamless sync between my Square in store POS and our Shopify website. He was patient and allowed me to work on other things away from the computer while he worked on our product upload and sync (over 5,000 items!) I'm excited to see how the app will work, but so far very happy with the level of customer service we've received. :)

The app was easy to install and setup. Though the initial sync had a bit of an issue, Joseph in support was great in helping us get sync started and was very helpful along the way and saw the resolution through to the end.
