Great App...makes moving on from Square SO EASY! My new shopify store was setup within minutes with the exact same categories, products, inventory counts, and even PRODUCT PHOTOs!!!! Customer service was very helpful.

I'd rate SQ Inventory Sync 4 out of 5 stars. My experience with the Normie has been generally positive. Along with the SQ Inventory Sync The app's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has made the onboarding process smooth for our team. The real-time syncing feature has been particularly beneficial, as it eliminates the risk of overselling products and allows us to fulfill orders promptly. However, there have been a few instances of minor glitches when syncing large batches of data, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, while the app offers good documentation, I would appreciate more detailed troubleshooting guides to address any issues that may arise. Overall, SQ Inventory Sync has helped streamline our inventory management processes, saving us time and reducing errors. With some minor improvements, it could easily earn a 5-star rating.

This app really helps you with your store having two different systems to chase your products. Also when I was having a struggle with something Customer Service Agent Normie helped me with a very simple task but swiftly. Thank you!

I love this app. It's a miracle that when I create an item in shopify it is automatically created in square. Saves us a huge amount of time. Another miracle: changing the price of items in shopify (i.e. marking up or down) automatically changes the price in square. Another great feature is the list of unsynced items: After the first sync there were a number of items that didn't sync and when I looked at them I saw all the errors I'd made over time and I had NO IDEA that they were even there. BEST thing: instant chat with very knowledgeable and friendly tech support.

Normie was lovely and really helpful. I struggled to set up my store, but she did it in 5 minutes and was very patient throughout. My experience so far has been great and I hope it continues that way!

Well, shopify POS needs to have an internet connection in order to work properly. So, I needed a way to handle offline payments with square terminal (we are ren faire vendors) but syncing inventory with square in real time when I could get a connection is essential. I downloaded and setup SQ inventory Sync and was able to start pulling my products over to square automatically. Angelica helped me along the way and was instantly available in the app, which was amazing. I did have little hangup in that "product syncing" and "inventory syncing" are two different features. A quick chat with Angelica and I am now getting my new products to sync over to square as well as just the inventory for previously synced products. The support has been wonderful and really helped me out of a situation of not being able to take card payments offline possibly saving us hundreds of dollars this week alone. -------update after about a year. I had a few issues with the syncing. After several attempts as solving issues, Khaled worked through the process and for the first time all products are syncing. This shows both a knowledge of the systems involved and the commitment to resolution. Now testing to see if issue is resolved for the long term. Thank you.
