Thea and Joseph are both super attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately this application does not sync unit costs or vendors and therefore it is not helpful for my business as we need this information to be part of the syncing process. If the developers change the system to allow syncing of costs and vendors I would 100% sign back up.

Saves us hours of work every week. No need to update inventory in shopify or square. You can choose to have Shopify or Square be the source for inventory. It also lets you sync customer data. Lifesaver of an app if you want to use the best point of sale platform and the best ecommerce platform together.

I cannot say enough good words about this app and the support that I received while learning to use it. Any time I had a question, Thea Kristel Sanchez was right there to assist me. She basically "held my hand" as I synced my Square and Shopify accounts. I love this app and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends!! Awesome. Best experience with tech help yet and entering inventory. I actually walked away and did other tasks needing attention while he watched that everything got properly uploaded to my store. When something is done when you get back, in business, without your own delegation or micro management...it feels amazing. Thank you for the help!

Great customer service! Very helpful in answer questions to get products aligned. The only issue is the vendor doesn't sync correctly. It uses our Store name instead of the vendor name when creating new product in Shopify

Today I installed Square to my Shopify. Upon installing i ran into a hickup but Thea was amazing! ! She went right in an handled it. I just didn't have the sku in place to show my products. So far so good. Can't wait to use it this weekend at my pop up shop.

Charisse was were able to get all of my products integrated between my POS system and my Shopify... without losing all my data! It was effortless on my part as Charisse did all the transferring!! Which was a huge weight lifted off of me! She listened to all my concerns and was super helpful! Thank you!

I was very pleased and happy with the service. "Charisse" not only helped me with the issues I was having. She stay there until the issues was fixed. And the products that were not able to be synced, she gave me the list of those items and what to do to correct it. I would give 6 stars if there was another one. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE AGENT THAT ASSISTED ME!!!
