Great customer service! Thea, Joseph and Angelica have all been wonderful with helping me with what I need and are quick as well.

Fantastic live step by step help installing and setting up the app. Also very helpful in clearing up any data inconsistencies between platforms before they became a problem down the road.

Thea was great in helping me figure out how to use this app more efficiently. She even noticed things that I was doing double the work on when adding new products. She helped me choose the best sync feature to help me manage my inventory better.

A life saver!! Customer service is quick & very helpful. This app Saves me hours everyday, trying manually align inventory. The app was also able to transfer all my product pictures (thousands) which if you know, this is a hard task when switching platforms. Very affordable pricing considering the time its saving me!

Joseph was super helpful with transferring my store from Square to Shopify. I would highly recommend this app it was super easy to use and quick of getting all of the products transferred.

I have been working with Thea to sync my products, my inventory, and contact names to Square. She is absolutely fabulous to work with. Thea is very professional, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable about how to expedite this process for me. I felt very confident with her on the way she has communicated with me along the way to get the project done for me. I was quite uncertain how this would carry over & it is very important to me to accomplish this. SHe recommended I relax while the process is completing - this was the BEST ever becasue I am always so nervous to do anything like this with my website. I want it done w/o flaws - totally made me feel extremely confident ! I highly HIGHLY recommend Thea as an exceptional rep! She is the best !

Normie was so incredibly helpful :-) I needed some guidance and Normie went above and beyond in assisting me, and taking care to be polite and professional. I am so grateful for Normie's patients in walking me through the process and being so kind. I love using square because the staff are so great to deal with.

We use it to sync our Square and Shopify inventories and it works well. Customer service is prompt, friendly, and helpful - Joseph helped us right away when we had an issue with syncing.

Gentleman was very helpful and timely with fixing issues. Would highly recommend for moving investory from one processor to another.

Customer service was exceptional- some of the best I've seen. Joseph and Normie but were super helpful & responsive. They hooked me up with a zoom call a few hours after making the account. Highly recommended. The software works awesome as well & is easy to use.

Thea and Joseph are both super attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately this application does not sync unit costs or vendors and therefore it is not helpful for my business as we need this information to be part of the syncing process. If the developers change the system to allow syncing of costs and vendors I would 100% sign back up.

Saves us hours of work every week. No need to update inventory in shopify or square. You can choose to have Shopify or Square be the source for inventory. It also lets you sync customer data. Lifesaver of an app if you want to use the best point of sale platform and the best ecommerce platform together.

Awesome. Best experience with tech help yet and entering inventory. I actually walked away and did other tasks needing attention while he watched that everything got properly uploaded to my store. When something is done when you get back, in business, without your own delegation or micro management...it feels amazing. Thank you for the help!

Great customer service! Very helpful in answer questions to get products aligned. The only issue is the vendor doesn't sync correctly. It uses our Store name instead of the vendor name when creating new product in Shopify
