Only a few days in with this app installed and I can really see how it's going to be so useful. Well worth the money because you save tonnes of time. The best features for me are: 1. I don't have to fill out the labels manually anymore 2. The app sends my tracking emails 3. The app sends a completed order email when the parcel has been delivered. These things will be invaluable for my business moving forward.

When we made the switch to 3PL, we set up StarShipIt and it has been absolutely brilliant. There are always little quirks when transitioning to any technology, but implementing SSI has been super easy for us - really straight forward to install and set up, and whenever we've had a challenge or needed to set something up the customer service has been almost instant. It has made our lives so so so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Highly recommend the app.

Support team is not responding & not being helpful when there's technical mistakes on their end. They will just leave you to resolve with Aus Post. Service has not been good recently & is deteriorating when you stay with them for long enough.

Imagine this, for a moment… Two toddlers, 3 large crates of parcels, and a slow moving queue at the Post Office - twice a day! Now throw in printing off addresses individually and fulfilling all shipped orders individually too (trying to get more than 8 number and letter combos right in a row as the kids pull at you because they’re bored). This was life before StarShipIT. Now there’s no more queues at the post office or double handling of data, and all our tracking status comms with customers are automated. Plus, with the new feature where we can brand the tracking pages - the integration with our Shopify store just become even more seamless. In a nutshell? StarShipIT is a lifesaver.

We only use StarShipIT for the rates, as we use other couriers which are not available with StarShipIT, so can't comment on the app itself. Otherwise, the shipping rates work 97% of the time, however, we are still seeing some inconsistencies with rates not returning. Support have been helpful in trying to resolve the issue, and we are currently working together on a fix.

Awesome shipping app! Great support from the team who helped us with the initial setup and fine tuning. We are Australian based, shipping mainly to AUS and NZ. Ship IT is now our shipping control centre, connected directly with our Australia Post and Fastway API’s. Hit print and away you go! Highly recommended if you’re sending more than 10 orders a day. We highly recommend the Shipit team who offer an amazing product and continue to raise the bar. Our staff particularly value the ability to access chat support while serving if there are minor issues to resolve, and if more technical issues occur you will speak with real people who can offer you real support. Things aren't always smooth sailing in business and it is a huge asset to have good people on your team that can talk through things at your level and stand with you when things are tricky. Star Shipit has been a great solution for us and will make complex shipping logistics feel simple.

Great app, Keeps a simple process/workflow simple. The app works brilliantly doing everything you want it to do with a logical workflow, but the best thing is the customer service. A standout in this regard. Currently we use Aus Post eParcel, and it integrates perfectly. We are about to add DHL International and they have been excellent. No negative aspects (hence this review!).

We've been using ShipIT for nearly 2 years now and it would have been impossible for our business to have grown the way it has without it. We integrate with AusPost, DHL eCommerce and DHL Express and on a busy day can pick, pack and dispatch 1000 orders without a problem. Imagine doing that by hand! ShipIT works seamlessly with Shopify and the issues we've had are too few to mention and have always been resolved quickly by the support team. Highly recommended.

Great app. Made our shipping more organised and easier to do. There's room for improvement in terms of UI and speed. Do experience some glitches here and there also, but totally recommend it!
