Reviews Summary
Stocky, a Shopify App for inventory management, has received mixed reviews from users. Positive feedback includes praise for its ease of use, especially for year-end inventory tasks, and its ability to link directly to Shopify's cost price. Users appreciate the app's functionality for managing cost prices when buying stock at different prices. However, negative reviews highlight issues such as frequent glitches, unintuitive workflow, and difficulties in getting support from Shopify. Users have also expressed frustration with recent updates that have removed useful features like the ability to receive without syncing and create builds for manufacturing products. Some users have encountered problems with mobile device compatibility, printing labels, and overall functionality, leading to dissatisfaction with the app's performance.

Poorly optimized product. Doesn't balance to 0 when transferring inventory. Doesn't show products sometimes that are active. Barcode scanner only works in hidden option, not in line items. All this app did was make our inventory worse.

Super unhappy this app is conditioned to POS Pro subscription. Shopify is not cheap on its own - and these simple calculations within the shopify environment should be included in the package. Also given it used to be included.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Stocky is meant to supplement the other robust features of POS Pro, all of which are helpful for stores running full-time brick and mortar locations. Many features similar to what Stocky offers are also available in the admin without a POS Pro subscription, like purchase orders, inventory, and reports. However, I understand your position and will pass along your comments to the team. - Erin, Shopify Support

I would gladly rate this product 5 stars if they added the ability for store-level users to perform stocktakes directly within the POSGo app or via a web portal. This feature would allow inventory counts and adjustments at the store level without requiring access to the Shopify backend or the app itself. It would be a game-changer for stores with multiple locations that frequently conduct inventory checks and need a streamlined, location-specific solution.
Hi there! Thanks so much for that feedback, really appreciate you leaving the context behind the need for that functionality and I have passed that on to our development team. Frequently glitchy, and with an extremely unintuitive workflow. Trying to get support from shopify is also extremely difficult as most of their support staff isn't familiar with the app, and will pass you around or give you incorrect advice. The most recent update was a downgrade!
