Been using for 6 years without issue, however lately, data feed and particulary the vendor list is not aligned. Shopify (owners of the stocky app) have attempted to assist but largely disconnected from the problems. Become a liabilty of late, rather than a help to stock management. Update: Higher level devs got involved and have identified an error which requires a patch. Refreshing to get propoer support after going through the AI bots and low level help.
Thanks for your review. Our Developers are constantly trying to improve the app to be more efficient and sync better with Shopify. In the meantime, have you tried to do a manual sync on the app to see if that helps to resolve the issue? This is done by going to Preferences > Sync > Manual sync. this has been a great app - we are using 6500 skus and 70 suppliers and very happy

I almost didn't install this app due to the overall rating but it is actually brilliant and should be a 5/5. It is the only cost effective app on the market that not only directly links to the Shopify 'cost price' but adjusts that cost price according to the different buy prices across multiple PO's. You do not need a POS retail location to use this app for ecommerce only, there is no better app to manage cost prices in Shopify if you buy stock at different prices. Just brilliant.

So far so good, we have never used a stock management system before so we have been implementing stocky. Works great for us, allows us to enter our purchase orders in very easily and link to our suppliers. When containers have arrived we have marked as received and the stock has updated perfectly on Shopify. I see lots of negative reviews for this app but so far we have not experienced any issues.

A veteran user of Stocky since 2017 (when it was privately owned) it's been a vital part of our business. Although the user interface is a little dated it's highly functional and it's great and easy for raising POs for suppliers. The only downside is the forecast feature is sometimes not the most accurate needing tweaking which is most likely down to my own user settings otherwise, it's a great app, highly recommend it.

For being free(I have Pro sub) it is a great app. I used to use Inventory Planner paying over $400/month for forecasting and purchase orders. I own and operate 4 Retail Locations and Online Store. The feature to allow Creating Purchase Orders with Forecasting for individual store is a winner. I get more accurate reorders/stocking per store. I noticed this app gets a lot of flack however for my use case it is working perfectly for me.

Great shopify has added multi location to stocky its easy to use. we look forward to being part of the journey with hopefully more features to come

Does this work for online shopify stores only or do i need to be a bricks and mortar store using POS for it to work? jjjjj

However, the POS Pro plan is required to use the app ($89 per month per POS location). I run a brick and mortar hobby shop and almost exclusively use Shopify and Stocky for that purpose. I ended up selecting Shopify POS primarily because of Stocky. I have thousands of SKU's that I knew I was going to need help managing reordering. Stocky has done a phenomenal job of this. I do have a wish list and some complaints that you will see echoed with some of the less favorable reviews, but the value that Stocky adds to my business offsets the complaints enough to still warrant 5 stars. -The ability to sync cost between Shopify and Stocky would be really nice to have -It's kind of a bummer that it's now only available with POS Pro -Removing products that I no longer want to be reordered from automatically appearing on the generated purchase orders is kind of a tedious process To summarize, Stocky has been essential to my business' success by making it easy to manage my inventory. I have been able to keep products in stock in a way that would not be possible without this app.

I've been using Stock for nearly a year and it's been vital in managing my stock levels, identifying products which need to be put on sale and which need reordering. It massively reduces my admin time. I'd like for it to show a stock level vs time chart for products (it currently only shows sales/time) so that I can more accurately allow for the effects of a product being out of stock for a period of time (as happens a lot as many of my suppliers have very long lead times), but hopefully that will be something that comes in the future. It makes it super easy to reorder from each supplier and track incoming stock. I'd very much recommend it, especially it's free!

Sticky can improve synchronization with Shopify but despite this fact, it is a powerful tool to place orders and to have control of all your providers.

We have many SKU's and with STOCKY our inventory is always in sync! The P.O. system is Great as we always know what is on order! Knowing our cost of goods at all times is so important and with STOCKY we have this info at our fingertips! Steve Barraza Tianello.com

The deeper I go in to this app, the more I love it. After first installing Stocky, I could tell it was powerful - but it was a bit overwhelming (even for me, a guy who has built Shopify apps!). Stocky does so many great things for us. It helps us forecast our inventory, telling us exactly when to reorder and how much to reorder. It helps us easily see our best sellers and even our slowest moving inventory to focus on. It also allows us to easily track our purchase orders - this factors in to our forecasting and also helps us make sure we're receiving the quantity we ordered for each variant - PLUS it then syncs up the inventory in to Shopify. After taking it slow for the first month or two, we're really starting to realize how powerful it is and how much money it can help us save. Great app!

We use stock to manage our stock adjustments and inventory forecasting! It does the job and then some, really happy with it!

We just use this for demand forecasting, we have products with variants in high demand. It's an easy to use app that works great and the support staff has been quick to respond and help!

Great product and fantastic support! Seb is always there with fast and helpful answers, which has made all the difference for a smooth transition to a new inventory management system.
