StoreFAQ: Product FAQ Chatbot

This app perfectly displays my FAQ's in a clean and simple format that is easy to read and navigate. No extra unnecessary gimmicks, just a simple and easy to use FAQ app.

The support team is very helpful and nice. They were able to assist me on the design FAQ adjustments esp. Martha. I love the design features and it's easy to use

I had a problem to solve because I couldn't find the solution, and the team immediately found the problem for me. They are very responsive, and the application seems optimised to me. I recommend it.

Fairly easy to use. There are a couple of features I'd like to see added; mainly around configurability, but nothing major. Customer service has been fantastic. They were very prompt and responsive with support and accommodating with my questions. They took time to answer my questions and even work with their dev team to quickly address an issue I had. They were fast and great with communication and support and very easy and friendly to work with.

We installed this app because it was advertised as completely free. However, after installation, they changed their policy and introduced paid plans. Now, the free version is limited to only 100 views, which is unacceptable for our store. We are forced to look for another solution. This is extremely unethical, and we feel deceived and cheated by these practices. Avoid this app!
