Still testing the app with our store but so far, the Support Help from Loren was very helpful with resolving issues while building the FAQ page. Thank you! I will update my review once the page is fully launched. EDIT: Recently had issues with the app because of the subscription overhaul and Nicole was able to help me through the new process. 100% recommend their app and team!

Amazing for a Free app! Very easy to customize and support is very friendly and responsive. The only issue/oversight is that if you want dark FAQ group buttons with white/light text, you can't. Since when a group is not selected, it forces the background to be transparent (so shows white if your website background is white), then the text is not visible. Could you please fix this by adding an "active" and "not active" background color/text option?

Extremely simple and effective app that's visually appealing and customisable to your theme. Support is fantastic, Nicole helped me with a few font and colour issues in the chat and just over a few minutes everything was perfect! Highly recommend this one.
