StoreFAQ: Product FAQ Chatbot

My journey using the StoreFAQ app is only just beginning, but I've already received fantastic support from Martha on the support team. Her patience, kindness and expertise has been above and beyond. I know I'll have more questions going forward, but I'm feeling a lot more confident already. With help from the team, my FAQ page is looking well organised, particularly important when you have a lot of FAQs to manage. A huge thank you to the team for the help so far.

I'm new to Shopify and am getting my bookstore website ready for a product launch later this week. I downloaded Store FAQ to create a Q&A for customers. I liked the look and feel on the back end of of this app and the interface is very pleasing. I ran into a little snag when it came to publishing. Customer support was easy to find and Martha went above and beyond to help me get my FAQ live on my homepage and even helped me get my branding colors adjusted. I like the flexibility of this app and how it can be used in many ways within the store. I highly recommend!

Very helpful app - easy to set-up and implement :)

Easy to use and functional. This was the only collapsible FAQ app I could find that allowed videos to be inserted. It works great and is easy to use. The support is excellent. I had an issue were the videos weren't adjusting for mobiles but they fixed that straight away without any fuss or cost. Very happy.

Amazing app & support! I really love StoreFAQ – it’s easy to set up, looks great, and the AI FAQ tools are super helpful. StoreFAQ is exactly what we needed for our growing catalog. The app lets us organize General FAQ, Product Series FAQ, and Product-level FAQ cleanly — and display them exactly where we want across our store. We especially appreciate the ability to bind FAQ groups to specific pages or collections. It gives us full control over the customer experience. On top of that, their support team is amazing — fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They helped us quickly solve a display issue with clear step-by-step guidance. Highly recommended for any brand that wants professional, well-structured FAQ on their Shopify store!

I'm in love with this application feature and customized layout option, something more Interesting is this that the support i get as a first time user is absolutely stunning , the support team is Excellent they are also curious about the issue faced my the User/Customer, For me this application is a go-to Application for FAQs, I Recommended for other to also try their app it will Blow Your Mind .

Exactly What I Needed! This app is a game-changer for our product pages. Still testing the app with our store but so far, the Support Help from Loren was very helpful with resolving issues while building the FAQ page. Thank you! I will update my review once the page is fully launched. EDIT: Recently had issues with the app because of the subscription overhaul and Nicole was able to help me through the new process. 100% recommend their app and team!
