I really like this app for its functionality. It's great that it includes structured data (schema markup) for SEO, and it's very flexible for customization on any page. I needed some help adapting the FAQ block to match my website's unique style. The support team responded incredibly quickly and helped me with custom CSS to make it look perfect on both desktop and mobile. I'm very grateful for their professional and effective help. I'm new to Shopify and am getting my bookstore website ready for a product launch later this week. I downloaded Store FAQ to create a Q&A for customers. I liked the look and feel on the back end of of this app and the interface is very pleasing. I ran into a little snag when it came to publishing. Customer support was easy to find and Martha went above and beyond to help me get my FAQ live on my homepage and even helped me get my branding colors adjusted. I like the flexibility of this app and how it can be used in many ways within the store. I highly recommend!

Easy to use and functional. This was the only collapsible FAQ app I could find that allowed videos to be inserted. It works great and is easy to use. The support is excellent. I had an issue were the videos weren't adjusting for mobiles but they fixed that straight away without any fuss or cost. Very happy.
