StoreFAQ has been an effective addition to our store — we love that it allows us to list FAQs not just on a dedicated page but also directly under individual product listings, which enhances the customer experience. The tech support has also been impressive. I had a meeting over the weekend to request a modification (making the FAQ box background transparent), and the team was responsive and accommodating. However, I was a little uncomfortable being asked to leave a review on the spot while sharing my screen with the tech support. While I appreciate the service, I would have preferred to give feedback on my own time.

The StoreFAQ is great, but its the people behind the scenes that have made my experience 100 times better. I was having issues with the videos that were sent to me due to some eye issues and Florance and Nicole helped me get my FAQs up on my website. They both were very patient with me and really came through for me. Thank you Florance and Nicole! You are both rock stars!!!
