The support thats on this app is on another level, the help provided by Pearl was absolutely incredible, the app is very good, you can do everything you want, as the support help you customize it

Rick was super helpful with detailed steps to set up Back in Stock and preorder features on my Shopify store. Loved how patient and thorough he was – you don’t always get that with tech support. Plus, he got back to me quickly. Happy customer over here!

I just inquired about trying the app out, and the customer support is top-tier! I spoke to Hasti, who was able to help me with my query within minutes and even went further than my initial request. I will give an update as I continue to use the app.
