Outstanding tech support! Dela was very helpful resolving pricing issues.
Subi Subscriptions does exactly what it promises: simple, effective subscription functionality that's easy to integrate. The team behind the app is incredibly responsive and open to feature suggestions, often implementing them quickly. A special shoutout to Mason from customer support, who has been fantastic to work with. Highly recommended!
Support was practically instant with the online chat (my preferred support type) and my issue/questions were solved perfectly. Top tier support from Subi!
Recently installed Subi to test Subscription. Straight away I get contacted by the tech/support team and they fixed my widgets plus customized it to my desire! Always very fast to reply.
I tested several applications but none met my expectations and the devs were not able to come either but with this one I came across Nilou and she did an excellent job. More than 10 hours spent on my site non-stop. Thanks for everything!
i am absolutely blown away with the service that Subi team provides. we are still growing with them and the attention they give us is unlike any other app. i cannot recc them enough. Sam has gone way out of her way to help me make our subscription app look amazing!

Setup is very easy, the widget looks well in our theme and Mason was so helpful with guiding me.

I've tried almost every other subscription app and Subi was the only one I found easy to use, not overpriced, and with an amazing customer support. Sam helped me throughout the entire process of setting it up in the most efficient way. Recommend!
