we had some initial setup issues (bugged code from another app) but Rick from the support team was AWESOME. Helped us work out what the issue was and how to fix it. We're so excited to use the app! Thank you Rick!

The app and process is pretty straight forward & easy to setup. They followed up to see if I needed any help. I wanted to make a change to the default of our "Subscribe" button so I used their chat feature. Dela responded quickly and had the request completed within minutes. Very happy experience so far with all aspects.

Needed help on changing the widget default color theme as it was over-riding the template theme. Reached out to their contact team through chat and Stella was quick to respond and fix the issue right away in under 10 minutes. That is a very quick, good and considerate customer service and I am very happy using Subi app in my Shopify store.
