Great app, really intuitive. I struggled with set up due to a bug on my Shopify but Sam was such an amazing help and got it sorted. She was quick, helpful and I loved her use of GIFs.

Initial experience with Troye from customer service has been wonderful. He helped me out as a new business on Shopify with a 2-month free trial and helped me get the code to work.

Super easy to install with great functions. Needed some help with customisation of the widget but Pearl on the chat sorted this for me straight away!

Dela was super helpful, friendly and overall awesome. She helped me with setting up Subi, managing it and gave extremely valuable feedback and advice on how to best use Subi for our organisation and any issues or questions i had she was always there to help me out. very happy with Subi and Dela helping me out. I highly recommend them
