META AD USERS BEWARE! IT WILL MESS UP YOUR SALES! Worst app ever. So so so disappointed with the customer service i received. Cost me lots of sales leading up to black friday as their stupid subscription widget does not allow for a sale price to be shown on the product page, so anyone directed to the product page will not be able to see it's even on sale. Stella from customer service was absolutely useless, she removed the pricing altogether so when customers select a subscription, they cannot see the subscription price.

Impossible to stop charge on your account even after installation.
We're really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our users. You should never be charged after uninstalling, and we’d love to investigate and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please reach out to our support team in the app or at [email protected], and we’ll make it right.

This app has the absolute worst customer service. I’ve been trying to set up a subscription product to show a yearly option instead of monthly. One of their support members helped me get it working temporarily, but after I edited the price, the app broke again. I reached out to their customer chat support, and no matter what time of day or evening it is, the wait times are always ridiculously long. The app claims they'll email you if you're unavailable, but they never follow through. Here’s the thing: we use multiple apps, and while this one may have flashy promos and nice visuals, if the app doesn’t work and support is nonexistent despite charging premium prices, what’s the point? On top of that, I’m still setting up the subscription feature and building the store, and when chat support finally helps, they end by aggressively pushing for a 5-star review. Let’s be real—most of the glowing reviews here are probably from people who hadn’t even fully finalized their setup. Apps should be reviewed after extended use, not rushed with pressure to leave a rating. Why? Because they don’t want you to see how the app falls apart in the long run. And another thing—if a feature is still in BETA, don’t publish it. Customers are not your QA testers. Hire your own testers and release the feature only when it’s truly finished. After leaving this review, I’m uninstalling the app and switching to a more established competitor that’s been handling subscriptions for a while. Even if it costs more, at least I know their customer service is reliable.
