I've just begun using a subscription app Subi and I immediately had a chat initiated and Pearl was able to answer all my questions quickly. I liked this customer service from the get go.
The app is a very great idea for those who can expense it! I was able to try it out and it wasn't the right fit for me because I am a new small business. I look forward to growing my business and hopefully resubscribe to this app in the future! I have to give a big shout out to Pearl from the Customer Care Team for being so responsive and helpful to me. I installed this app as it was only a few app that supported Japanese (and wide range of languages). I had a problem editing text to be Japanese as something was showing in English. Dela was there to help me solve a problem swiftly! She shared detail descriptions and screen shots and my problem was solved within a few minutes. I was about to cancel the app before talking to Dela but she was a star to help me out!
Subi has been fantastic so far! I needed an app that could do BOTH product subscriptions and memberships. After reaching out, they allowed my store to try the Membership beta and so far its solved all my problems. Having my subscriptions and memberships all in one place has been a game changer. The UI is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The cherry on top has been the excellent customer service. I have gotten swift response times and all problems solved by their team. Special shoutout to one of their support specialists, Miles! Miles was a big help in fixing some weird bugs on my site and did it kindly and quickly. Very impressed! Try Subi, friends!

I would recommend asking for Sam she’s literally the sweetest !! And helped me with everything she gives friend vibes and super quick with communication very understanding ❤️❤️
This app didn't end out being what we needed, so I uninstalled it. But it's possible we will revisit using it in future.
