Subi has been a great app for a beginner like myself looking to have a sticker subscription service on my shop! One thing I just wished the free / basic plan had was the ability to create a free shipping rule for recurring billing, which I thought I could just adjust in the Shopify shipping settings portion. Turns out you can't do that, and I was tearing my hair for the past 2-3 weeks doing by myself because my customers kept getting billed for shipping too! I ended up turning to Subi's customer service for help. It wasn't long before I connected with someone (thanks Harry!) who explained how the plans worked and a potential workaround for that. As someone just starting on subscriptions / memberships (and I'm even close to hitting the limit of the free plan), I'm nervous about paying for the Growth tier, but may contemplate upgrading so I could take advantage of the shipping solution but also the widget customization.

J'ai eu un excellent service de la part de toute l'équipe de Subi, plus précisément de Harry qui m'a appuyé tout au long de la mise en place. Il a même travailler de concert avec moi pour rendre mon widget adapté à ma boutique en ligne et le plus user friendly possible. :)

One of the best companies and customer service I've ever had, hands down. Grace and Pearl are stellar, live chat support, instant solutions to anyting you need. Now, the Subi app is probably one of the best I tested - fully integrated into the Shopify Admin dashboard, and fully compatible with the new Shopify user accounts (users can manage their subscriptions right from Shopify user account page, NOT a separate page hosted elsewhere). Best modern design options too, doesn't feel outdated like most others and the design customisations are easy and intuitive. Best UI/UX I've seen. I'd say definitely far superior to the likes of ReCharge who many think are the biggest. Just try Subi, then we speak. Subi is how any app on the Shopify store should be developed.
