Love the app from the very start, seamless integration, works perfectly, a lot of management options, doesn't force upsell. And Sam from customer support does a really great job at communicating and sorting out queries

just installed this app, and the live support proactively approached me and offered to make the settings even better. I had issues with the layout initially, support were super nice and dedicated in fixing all my queries. The app itself was so easy to integrate to my website as well. Great app and great Team! 5 stars!

The team is very responsive with any issue you could have, and I'm very happy with the new membership module as I was waiting for it. I am having some slight issues dealing with multilingual sites, but nothing major. I would recommend it!

NILOU was AMAZING. I am a designer that does not have coding experience but am building a complex marketplace that has required me to learn a lot. I was stuck for a couple of days and finally reached out to the developers for help. I got to chat (with a person), right away. Nilou spent a long time helping me solve the problem I was having with total patience and provided excellent care. I am REALLY happy I found this app, especially for also learning they are a Canadian based startup! I am trying to source Canadian providers as much as possible so paired with the excellent service, I won't be looking for another source to manage my vendors' memberships! I have had nothing but great experiences with Subi. It was easy to integrate with my Shopify site and customer support is fantastic, especially Stella. Quick and reliable support to solve any small issues with set up.

I literally just had the BEST experience with Sam helping me. I just took over a site and received a request from the owners to implement monthly payments as an option. This is a very unique case as we need to incorporate contract signing first etc. Then we need to take a deposit, then allow monthly payments for the rest. Well Sam took the time to collaborate and spent hours with me working through this tough case when I am not a developer. Needless to say she is my new hero. I have been so stressed for days on this and she approached this in such a calm, cool manner and always reminded me she was there for and we will make this work. I am a super fan of Sam and Subi now!
