Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude envers l’équipe de Subify. Le sav est vraiment génial et fait exactement ce dont nous avons besoin pour notre boutique. Malgré un léger délai, probablement dû à une forte demande et beaucoup de travail, je suis impressionné par leur engagement et leur dévouement à résoudre nos problèmes. Le service client est exceptionnel. Ils sont non seulement sympathiques mais aussi très investis dans l’accompagnement et la résolution de nos soucis. Une mention spéciale à Sam, avec qui j’ai eu le plaisir de discuter. Il a été incroyablement utile, professionnel et attentif à mes besoins. Son aide a été précieuse et a grandement facilité notre expérience avec Subify. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre soutien et votre excellent service !

My store was having an issue with the Subify app and, when informed about it, they fixed it very quickly. Excellent service and communication. I highly recommend Subify if your're looking for an excellent subscription app for your store.

.I'm not giving them -1 star because I was helped a lot by a girl called Dela, but the app itself didn't meet my expectations. I think everything related to Members is still underdeveloped. Charging a % plus such high costs really isn't good for any customer and needing a third party app to make a members space that of course charges you as well is not a good recommendation and you know that when you're setting it up. You can't have surprises for the customer. Dela's support is very good. The others give you support without interest. Giving links to articles to read the help is not support. I can do that myself. After they give you that valuable link they ask you, can I help you with anything else? When you haven't helped at all..

I gave that app a go, and was surpised how quick and engaged the support team is, especially Melika. She is on top of everything. I'm glad that I can work with her on my shop.

Very easy to set up with a very helpful support team via chat. I'm not used to setting up these sorts of apps and widgets as I'm quite new to Shopify but they made it easy. Recommended.

Subify is a great, intuitive and feature rich platform. I have used several others for subscription businesses and this is my favorite. Much less of a hassle than ReCharge, which used to be my go-to. Now I'll continue using Subify. Also, their customer service is really responsive and helpful. 5/5 stars.

I think Subify will be a game changer for my business! Their customer service is excellent and I believe their brilliant subscription model should help my business grow significantly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to potentially scale efficiently!

I just downloaded the app, and needed some assistance with setting things up and Nareh was on top of it! She got my issues fixed asap and now I am up and running!
