Customer support is responsive. But app is not intuitive and the pricing is not transparent. Be aware that they take a percentage of your sales - it's not just a flat monthly fee.

I just started using Subify and so far, very impressive. I was able to set up a subscription for my coffee brand, Meyers Coffee in just a few minutes. Very easy. And the subscription option appears right in my shopify checkout window. It's fantastic! Thanks, Steve

I am only using the basic functionality right but as a small startup new to the ecommerce world, this has been by far the best experience I have had so far. there support and tutorials are great, and every time i have a question no matter difficulty I am able to chat with a person who will give me real time answer, they even opened my account early on to make sure everything was set up correctly, and before reaching out to them helped me answer questions I had not asked yet. If they provide this level of customer service for a small start up with barley any subscriptions, I can not imagine how great they would be once we have 100s or 1000s, this is probably my favorite app to with, and its all because of their stellar customer service.

I've tried several subscription apps and Subify has been the best by far. It integrates so well with Shopify, great design and easy of use. And the customer service has been exceptional. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The application is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and the customer service is top-notch. I'd just like to be able to change the widget's color without using Custom CSS, if that's possible one day.

Rapidly closing the gap between the industry leaders that had a ton of money and a head start. Very flexible team that still pays attention to smaller merchants just getting started! Can't say that about ReCharge...

Malgré un léger délai, probablement dû à une forte demande et beaucoup de travail, je suis impressionné par leur engagement et leur dévouement à résoudre nos problèmes.
