I like the capabilities of the app a lot! However, the support is amazing. We had a shop issue over the weekend and were able to chat with Yajaira with Recharge Technical Support! Absolutely amazing service! Often times people have a really solid app, but they do not have the right support. That is not the case for Recharge

We've been very pleased with Recharge overall and are continuing to turn on new features and configure the platform to better suit our customers' needs and drive success in the form of better health outcomes thanks to Recharge. As we have been diving in recently to optimize this app, the Recharge support agent Elijah P. has been extremely helpful. Elijah has walked us step-by-step through to set up functionality with which we were unfamiliar and was always very prompt and professional to help us get through several time-sensitive, launch-critical components of our project. We will continue to need intermittent assistance until we are fully optimized, and it's very reassuring to know that Recharge support, especially Elijah, has our backs. Big kudos to Elijah and thank you to the whole Recharge team!
