Good for loyalty and rewards programs. Some limitations based on what you're trying to use it for, but the Recharge team is always making upgrades. Customer service is on point, always helping out when we need it.

While the app is constantly upgrading it's capabilities (albeit still in beta for some newer features), their customer support staff are very responsive and helpful!

I was really upset when they increased their pricing because we are a very small business. But Recharge has invested HEAVILY in new features. The ROI is worth it. Their customer service is 24/7 and so helpful. We're still working through the occasional hiccups, but all in all we are happy with the app and will continue to use them.

We migrated from Yotpo Subscriptions. Followed the step-by-step instructions. Would rate 5 stars, but had a couple of issues on data migration due to differing templates. The one Yotpo exported that was supposed to be formatted for recharge did not match what the Recharge tool wanted. Tried reformatting to the template located in the step-by-step instructions and that one didn't match either. The one that finally worked was the one located at the link below the upload tool. Ola with Recharge Customer Support was an amazing help and stuck with me till I completed the data migration.

Recharge has been extremely useful when it comes to subscription. we have developed a custom setup wit recharge api, all the help from support team has been great. App to go with, if you are require more that a basic setup.

Customer service through live chat is relatively responsive and depending on the issue they are able to find a solution during the chat. If not, they make it clear they will follow up via email once the problem is solved. As a small business, the biggest gripe I have with Recharge is the cost. If there was some kind of tiered pricing based on subscriptions processed per month, it would make working as a small business more palatable.

The system works fine, but updating existing subscriptions is annoyingly difficult. The help files need to be rewritten and aimed at 'mum and dad' users (which I would imagine would be the bulk of your clients) and clearly step by step explain the process.

I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. It would be more awesome if it were easier to skip the bot and go straight to a human!
