I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. It would be more awesome if it were easier to skip the bot and go straight to a human!

App super completa per la funzione abbonamento. Supporto veloce e disponibile. Metto 4 stelle perché al momento abbiamo problemi con gli abbonamenti attivi su prodotti esauriti (quando il prodotto va sold out, l'ordine si crea lo stesso).

We've been using the Recharge Subscriptions app for our business for a few years, and we've been overall satisfied with its functions, fairly seamless integration, and analytics capabilities. The conversion process wasn't necessarily seamless, but the issues were minor enough, and easy to figure out. We did find the Recharge support staff to be fairly quick at responding, knowledgable, and above all, helpful in troubleshooting and providing solutions.

Recharge has been a good app. There have been a few tiny glitches but the suppport team has been very timely with quick fixes and good communication. If there were something to improve upon, more UX testing with "normal" users on customer side. Some of our customers are able to manage their subscriptions easily, but we still have a number who are confused and we help with our support team.

Recharge has caused me some issues over the years, but their support team really kicks butt. They've gone above and beyond to help make sure my issues have been corrected. I've been using their system for 4ish years now and I highly recommend them

The SMS feature wasn't working as expected. The 3-day notice to our customers (prior to shipment) wasn't going out. That's the most important text! Taylor P. was super helpful in getting the issue resolved. It did take a few weeks, but he maintained communication with me on a weekly basis do I knew the issue was still on his radar which gave me peace of mind. Taylor P was awesome! Thanks again for your diligence and attention to our issue. While I give the app 4 stars, I give Taylor P 5 stars!

I was sold and even signed a big expensive contract to migrate to recharge. I migrated all my customers and their has been glitch after glitch and it's a headache every single week. Beware if you are an established business with a lot of subscribers before you migrate to recharge. They are good sales people. *update for 2023 - After getting through a rocky migration and having custom coding done to the portal, we are in a good place with recharge. I like it. Recharge also gave me a credit to my contract which I appreciate. They do have a lot of nice features like one time add ons and the back end is easy to use and figure out. I have bumped it up to a four because we are in a good place post migration and fixing all the bugs.

We are very pleased with ReCharge for the two months we've been using it. Our main worries are keeping things in stock to keep up with our subscriptions! Our time with the growth manager is coming to a close next week and I'm curious to see if that will impact our experience. So far we are pleased with the support and feel like we chose the right subscription app. In terms of improvements, we would like a feature where you could safeguard your subscription supply. For instance, there were times that we put a product out of stock in Shopify, so we have enough to fulfill subscription orders of that product. But to do that, you have to select "Create order always (and reduce inventory)." However, we then found in the ReCharge Customer Portal those products that are out of stock in Shopify, are in stock in the Customer Portal because of that order processing setting - which allows customers to change their subscription to something else that might be getting rationed. I think there needs to be additional controls to help stores manage and prioritize subscription orders and customers because it can become quite complex. We also had an issue with multiple shipping charges if an order included multiple subscriptions that have different recurring schedules. We are using ReCharge Shopify Checkout Integration and ReCharge says it is an issue that Shopify needs to solve, along with the 2.0 subscription widget not switching the price label between one-time and subscription options. I would like ReCharge and Shopify to work together to solve important issues that affect both of their customers.
