We've had Recharge for about a year now. It was a bit of a bumpy start, but it app works so well, and really adds value and convenience for our customers - and saves a ton of time for our customer service team so they're not constantly fixing glitches. The support team is very responsive and helpful as well. We're loving it. Thanks!

Really appreciate the support that Recharge provides, Malik and Brian specifically have been great to work with. Of course, Recharge also works seamlessly with Shopify and provides a pretty dang good customer experience.

Recharge Subscriptions has been a great partner over the years! Their system and portal is extremely easy to use and has a lot of functionality packed in. I've never had an issue with it not working, so in terms of reliability 10/10. My biggest complaint was that there was a lack of customization to their widget, but they just revamped it allowing you to customize it on so many levels. Props on listening to your clients! Lastly, the reason for leaving my review is their customer support team. I had a really frustrating issue where my product gallery was not showing on my page and it seemed like the Subscription Widget was the cause, but their team stood by me and helped figure out that my theme was injecting some weird code that affected my product gallery. I'm greatly appreciative to Max S. and the developers who helped to figure this out.
