I wanted to give this review a 3 or 4-star rating, as there's always room for improvement! However, I specifically want to commend their technical support. I've been in contact with them multiple times this month, and I must say, they have impressed me with their in-depth knowledge, effective solutions, and prompt responses. Keep up the good work, guys!

Recharge has been a great subscription platform for our company. There have been some hiccups and issues pop up but our velocity account manager Ben Grunert has been there every step of the way to help us solve problems and reach our goals. This review is really 5 starts for Ben because his efforts and level of service are what have made our experience with Recharge positive. He is quick to answer any questions we have and always working hard to find solutions fo us anytime we bring something up with him. The app itself is good and fairly easy to use but it's Ben's commitment to supporting our company that have made using recharge a 5 star experience.

There have been lots of subscription apps popping up lately and Recharge definitely is on the pricier side. However, it is by far the most robust/enterprise level products out there and there continue to be product improvements. Their customer support is always knowledgeable as well. If you're a business that wants to scale your subscription offering and will likely need a software that's flexible enough to be customized to your needs, then Recharge is your best bet.

We made the switch to ReCharge a few years ago (away from Bold) and have been really happy. ReCharge is the obvious leader in subscription management on Shopify highlighted by the capabilities that are available to consumers and admins. The continued investment in feature development is what will keep us around until someone else in the space can prove that they've got a superior product. Only non-positive comment is that it's expensive. We believe that you get what you pay for, but we'll definitely give Shopify Subscriptions a hard look once they have a fully baked solution.

This review is for the fantastic support experience we had with Juan C. We had an urgent payment issue that was complicated but Juan immediately got to the root of the issue. Not only was the issue identified but he went above and beyond to fully explain all of it to us, making sure we understood and patiently explaining further if we didn't. He was extremely knowledgeable and had impeccable communication that made the resolution of a headache into an efficient and smooth experience. Juan’s exceptional clarity in every step of the resolution process ensured that we were never left in the dark. His dedication to answer all our questions, and answer them in a timely manner was beyond impressive. He is a testament to the gold standard of recharge support. Highly recommended!

John Muhlenberg gave us the best customer success experience ever! Give this man a promotion. We had to migrate our subscribers from an off-shopify platform which was a huge pain, but John was extremely patient and supportive throughout the whole process. 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
