Just here to say that Jaden W was extremely helpful in solving a problem for me. Often I reach out to tech customer service chats who don't help and I end up solving the problem myself using them as a sound board. Jaden helped solve my problem and also suggested a helpful change in our account without prompt. Something he found and took upon himself to suggest. Much appreciated! Max was very fast to answer and helped me resolve my problem within SECONDS and NOT MINUTES! He also went above and beyond taking the matter into his own hands and doing it all by himself by me giving him collaborator access. I would do 10 stars if i could.
