Recharge has great chat support! Malcolm was very fast at responding & helped me every step of the way. I do wish Recharge offered demos or videos for help since that is always easier to follow along. Pretty easy app to work once you get the hang of it.

Recharge has been really solid for us. It is easy to integrate, offers unique customizations, and has comprehensive technology. Their support is all remote and typically is sufficient, but sometimes it can take longer than ideal to get issues resolved. Unfortunately, more custom support is only available on the highest tier plan (we are on the pro plan). I think ReCharge would benefit greatly from options for phone support. I also think that for some of the more complex functionalities, more could be done to make it easier to do on your own.

We were looking for a platform where customers had flexibility with their subscriptions and none of the out-the-box packages we tried offered the flexibility we wanted. We have a diverse product range and customer base who have different requirements so bundle building was essential. Recharge did not disappoint and the account support we are getting is excellent.

We recently migrated our subscribers from one Shopify store to the other. The process was somewhat nerve-wracking and time-sensitive, but the Recharge team (Gordon C and Alex M) were extremely helpful, detail-oriented, responsive, and assisted with the nuances of our specific case. I appreciated that they gave us all the resources to migrate on our own but still made themselves available to answer questions, review the data, and cancel subscriptions on the old store. The process was seamless and went unnoticed by the customers.
