We've been very pleased with Recharge overall and are continuing to turn on new features and configure the platform to better suit our customers' needs and drive success in the form of better health outcomes thanks to Recharge. As we have been diving in recently to optimize this app, the Recharge support agent Elijah P. has been extremely helpful. Elijah has walked us step-by-step through to set up functionality with which we were unfamiliar and was always very prompt and professional to help us get through several time-sensitive, launch-critical components of our project. We will continue to need intermittent assistance until we are fully optimized, and it's very reassuring to know that Recharge support, especially Elijah, has our backs. Support is awesome. We're migrating from Woocommerce Subscriptions and used to no support. With Recharge, I was able to connect in realtime with a support person and get answers. So far, so very good! Thanks Pierre. Post migration follow up: We're now successfully migrated over to recharge and could not be happier. Migration engineers guided us every step of the way and made switchover day a breeze. There are some pretty big philosophical differences between Woo Subs and Recharge, but Recharge is helping us work thru those. Be sure to utilize all the materials provided by Recharge and all will go well.
