Had the best service experience with Juan from ReCharge support. He solved an extremely complicated issue for us within a couple of hours — and it's a testament to the level of service that ReCharge provides.

I am so happy we found Recharge Subscriptions App. It's so user friendly, not only for me as the business owner, but more importantly for our customers. The subscription process is seamless and its really easy for customers to edit and change up their monthly subscriptions. Highly recommend!!

Usually can’t stand dealing with customer support teams on Shopify apps, but Recharge is the exception. Anytime I need to reach out about something, they reply quickly and with a helpful answer specific to my issue.

A great app with prompt service. I was using a competitor for quite a few years though they weren't helping and didn't seem to be working on the product for the future, I can see that this appears to be different for ReCharge. A good product worth the hassle of swapping services. The service continues to be good though, like others on here I can see a price hike in the near future. We may want to be looking further afield as the service wasn't cheap, to begin with, and we have 3 websites using ReCharge, this is quite the bill.

I often hesitate to contact any helpdesk support as I fear I won't receive a quick response, and keep trying to troubleshoot myself to find a solution, but Hector and his team were super quick to respond and fix a number of issues I had with the subscription service, which is reassuring when the app is there to dealing with my customers and their payments. Thanks team!
