Recharge has great chat support! Malcolm was very fast at responding & helped me every step of the way. I do wish Recharge offered demos or videos for help since that is always easier to follow along. Pretty easy app to work once you get the hang of it.

Recharge has been really solid for us. It is easy to integrate, offers unique customizations, and has comprehensive technology. Their support is all remote and typically is sufficient, but sometimes it can take longer than ideal to get issues resolved. Unfortunately, more custom support is only available on the highest tier plan (we are on the pro plan). I think ReCharge would benefit greatly from options for phone support. I also think that for some of the more complex functionalities, more could be done to make it easier to do on your own.

Recharge makes it easy to manage our subscription services! It's been an integral part of our business in driving consistent revenue. Perhaps the most invaluable resource within Recharge is their support team! Any time I have a question or a request, I'm quickly assisted and given concise, direct answers.

We had an issue on the weekend of payment processing for our store and we were thankfully able to get assistance from Recharge about the issue. The Recharge Rep. worked tirelessly to help us overcome our issue and stayed in touch to make sure all went well.

From onboarding to support, Recharge has been a great tool for our subscription-based business. Support is outstanding and they are able to prioritize tasks when multiple requests are submitted—a rare feat for a Shopify app. There are cheaper solutions out there, but with Recharge you get what you pay for. As long as they continue providing excellent support and best of class subscription features, we'll be customers.

Our First implementation with Recharge was so smooth and enjoyable and came in ahead of time! I love the flow and project management tool and our Implementation lead Arlon was incredible to work with, responsive, sharp, concise and knowledgeable.

Buen servicio de atención al cliente. Buena integración. Nosotros trabajamos una suscripción de café con varias variantes y no ha habido ningún problema. Como mejora propondría que las traducciones se pudieran migrar de un dashboard a otro. Actualmente si quiero actualizar el panel de control debo de volver a escribir todas las traducciones al español que no son pocas.
