Fast technical support from Adam B. Most issues are regularly resolved within twenty four hours. There is an additional charge for rapid support but it is well worth it in our opinion.

Most important thing for me when I am using a subscription App is when I have a problem, I can get a hold of someone right away and have that problem solved. ReCharge was responsive and helped me with my problem quickly and painlessly.

I migrated from Ordergroove, because at the time Ordergroove was only really for enterprise level clients. Recharge helped me through the entire process of migration. The platform is very user friendly and great for smaller brands looking to scale.

I've been using Recharge for a while now, and have always had a positive experience. In the last few days, I have been experimenting with some slightly more complex elements within the page designs and was stumbling at getting my subscription app to work correctly with Recharge. However, I reach out to their support team and was helped every step of the way by Eduardo who personally helped me fix the issue that was arising. Clearly, Eduardo offered some out-of-scope support which I massively appreciate. Thanks!
Have been using Recharge now for over 4 years. Great App with super customer service and very speedy sorting out any tweaks. We recently updated our theme and had some minor issues with the widget. Recharge done all they could within their means and recommended eShop Genius to us for further dev work with up to 5hrs free dev. Nick from the eShop quickly got back to us and fixed our issues. 5* service thank you Nick and Recharge

ReCharge are always super fast at responding to any problems we have! Nena has been really helpful today - sorting a problem with one of our customer accounts with no issues and answered all my questions very quickly!
We've used Recharge as our subscription solution since 2019. In the past year in particular, we've seen Recharge make big strides in product development and customer support. Our CSM, Gordon, is always responsive and has been a great advocate for us in getting needed features launched. We're excited about what the future holds for us and Recharge and look forward to a continued strong partnership in the coming years.
ReCharge is a great subscription app. Their support team, Nikola and Vuk specifically are always attentive and helpful when I encounter tech problems.
