Great onboarding and account management. We have a special "personalized" bundle setup where we need to add/remove products from subscriptions and Recharge's team has been very supportive and they still are. We have a direct Slack connection to their API support team and their account managers are very responsive and supported us in migrating from our previous subscription provider. If you're looking for committed B2B support to help you get set up and run your subscription business, Recharge is a great way to go in my experience.
Phenomenal customer service. Every issue we've had, they've masterfully (and gracefully) handled and solved. I know that may be setting the bar high – but I'm confident this will be your experience too. I hate writing reviews (I've got too much to do and they feel like a waste of time). But they have helped me make important decisions in the past - so here's hoping it helps you. Look no further for your subscription solution. This is your sign to stop looking – you've found the app you're looking for. You're in great hands.
Subscriptions are one of the most critical online revenue streams for a business and ReCharge is simply, the best app on the market. It's easy to use and implement, run analytics and reports, manage subs internally, and the UI for customers to manage their own subscriptions is really great too. The only drawback is that third party tools like ReCharge don't always play nice with Shopify or updated Themes. Fortunately, ReCharge works with e-shop Genius to alleviate such issues. And e-shop Genius is extremely responsive, professional, and very efficient at solving problems. Recently, we had an issue with ReCharge not working with Collection pages and we received an overnight solution to a complex problem. Special thanks to Nick!!!
I recommend this app to others because it can give us a ability to have separate shipping profile for subscription products. Also, we can reach out to customer support any time and the resolution time doesn't take longer.
Jairus was fantastic in helping with a number of complicated integrations, this was the second time I've worked with him and ReCharge and I can't recommend them and him highly enough.

She walked me through our options and solutions, provided a timely update, and sent a video to reference in case I need to make these updates myself in the future. Definitivamente, la mejor solución para ofrecer suscripciones en tu tienda online, Funciona bien en México siempre y cuando tengas Stripe o Paypal como pasarela de pago. El equipo de Recharge es muy profesional y el seguimiento y soporte que dan es increíble. Lo único malo es que TODA la comunicación con ellos es en inglés (videollamadas y correos) sería buenísimo que tuvieran un representante que hable en español.
Was pretty seamless to get up and running. The user experience is great but the best part is the support. They go above and beyond to keep the app functioning.
This app has been fantastic for our subscription program. I've also been impressed with their customer support either by chat or email. I recently had a rather big issue and the support rep, Norm, was great. He provided me step-by-step instructions and I was able to get the problem resolved.

Recharge has the best customer service ever! They are so quick and helpful. We have a high volume of subscriptions and have run into some issues and the team, especially Juan C., have been very hands on in helping us come up with a temporary solution.
Waited a little while but the response came within 12 hrs. Probably due to different time zones. I must say, Recharge has one of the most helpful support teams. Julmar responded and assisted promptly with patience and displayed expert knowledge on the platform. What felt daunting in the beginning diminished quickly. Thank you Julmar and I'm quite happy with the level of integration and modularity this app has to offer. One customer has already feedbacked positively...a great experience is certainly beneficial to any business.
Can't say enough great things about the support provided by Recharge. We were originally using Bold Recurring orders to allow the customer to build their recurring own box of fish at Sizzlefish.com but wanted customers to be able to add-on custom packages and items through their subscription portal. We had contracted an agency to help us build our checkout and modified customer portal but after countless missed deadlines and a complete failure to deliver a working final product, we cut ties with the agency. Luckily Jairus Streight from ReCharge stepped in to help guide our in-house team toward a finished product. Jairus provided every resource we could ask for, assisted with debugging parts of our code, and explained very technical concepts regarding Recharge's APIs and developer docs in a way that our team could understand and act on. When it was time to launch our new subscription checkout and portal + migrate thousands of customers over from Bold, Jairus stayed several hours beyond his normal working hours to ensure the launch went successfully and that any discrepancies were ironed out. Recharge has gone above and beyond for our company to ensure that our needs are met and so far we have found the product to be superior to that of many of their competitors in terms of scalability, functionality, reporting, and user experience.

We've just started using the app, but so far we've gotten a ton of support from the Recharge team to get set up. They were so helpful during migration and answered all of our questions so well. Excited to implement all the features it offers!

Amazing! I would upgrade so you can get phone support if you are migrating current subscribers from another app.
Recharge has a great back end and very clear logic, which has been easy to match up to our business needs. The help we have received from the Growth and Support teams has been priceless, and enabled us to navigate around roadblocks with innovative solutions.
