Great app, clean interface, and makes the process of accepting subscriptions very easy. Support is also top-notch. Had an issue regarding my shipping set up and I was promptly assisted by Erica. She was very attentive and followed up with me in order to help me get things sorted. Awesome support, I'm really impressed! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Have been dealing with a ton of providers customer support teams while trying to do a subscription management tool transition and Recharge's Customer Support has been light years above and beyond everyone else's in terms of giving helpful, complete answers.

Excellent product with great customer service. It is easy to integrate with Shopify and other apps. I would prefer to have a phone number for customer support but Recharge tends to do well with responding to emails.

I recently had a minor niggling issue with inventory & Elijah P from recharge support spent a day back and forth with me and couldn't have been more helpful. Problem solved, really rate the support and the detail they provided. Thanks

Customer service has been great! Matt A. was able to help me trouble shoot some specific issues we were having with order triggers and walked me through how our team would be able to automatically apply discounts on our subscriptions at checkout.

Every time I have an issue with shopify regarding customers subscription, the team has been very attentive with an easy and straight forward explanation and directions for the company and for the customers. Elijah has being very very helpful and professional, offering an instant and accurate reply. I am very satisfied overall with your customer attention.

There's a reason Recharge is one of the main subscription apps for Shopify. The new checkout integration works great and the developer docs and support team are very helpful.

I love how this app truly acts like an automated subscription! Our team does not have to manually enter in orders anymore! If I have a question about an updated feature, I can easily e-mail tech support and they fix the problem for me . . . quickly! Erica was great at assisting us!

We use recharge for our quarterly wine club membership. We rarely ever have a hiccup with the app, as it is straight forward and easy to use. If issues ever arise, the team at Recharge are always prompt in helping us resolve the issue, in a timely, helpful and supportive way. Bloody love their work!
