i needed to know who was purchasing what product within my various subscriptions for work. recharge was able to add in a tool so i could get access to this information. super helpful and quick response time too!

Although new to the program and have yet to get subscribers, the customer service has been excellent! Jaxon was very quick to respond to my question and provide the answers and help I needed to make things work more smoothly with my inventory management software. Thanks again, you guys are great!

If you want to provide a subscription in your shop, this is the best app for subscriptions on Shopify. And good customer service, too!

Eduardo Mallmann from the customer support team was an absolute life saver! He fixed a bug that 2 teams of web developers could not! I offered to buy him a case of beer and he said he'd prefer a 5 star review for Recharge! They're an amazing team!

The Recharge APP works well - it is seamless and integrates nicely with Shopify. The support team are amazing and in particular Dalia F who was prompt and solved a customer billing issue quickly and promptly and professionally.

Obviously the best subscription app on the app store! Even customer support is killer and technical as nails! Dalia helped me set up custom settings on the backend to support my shipping needs for recurring payments in just minutes! Thanks all!!

I used this app for my monthly subscription boxes and recently decided to change my theme. I had some difficulty integrating this app but the Recharge team was so helpful! They fixed my issue immediately.

Recharge is a helpful subscription tool. We have been with them for years and years and cannot imagine another subscription tool. Their recent upgrades to their customer service have been excellent with people like Anne and Ranson.
