I had a great experience working with Nick from e-Shop Genius. I needed to troubleshoot some coding for my subscription checkout and he was very responsive and helped me find a solution.
We use Recharge to process monthly and yearly charges as part of our membership program. Everyone we've worked with has been great help, especially Gordon. Recharge is easy to navigate for customers and for us on the backend. The few times we've needed help with something we have received it in a timely manner.
We made the switch from a popular subscription service to Recharge and it was the best move ever!! Our subscriptions have gone way up already in just a week. The support team is by far one of the best support teams I've worked with. I was able to get the migration and setup done with the help of their team and I'm not a developer, just a somewhat tech savvy person. I've had a few user-error things happen and they've helped me quickly and always respond right away. So happy we made the switch and I know my customers are too!
Zach and Bryan and the rest of the team that helped us migrate over, have been great to work with! It only took me a few weeks to migrate over! You just need to stay on top of both your old app and new app and make sure your .csv is staying up-to-date on two platforms side-by-side. Tedious? Yes! Especially if you don't know what you are doing. However, they explain everything and response time is FAST! Once we migrated over, small little issues arose but those were handled just as fast! After migration, I realized that my current Shopify theme wasn't looking too great and needed help switching themes. Well, once again, contacted Recharge and BOOM! - Bryan and his team helped me with integrating our new theme and adding the necessary widgets/links. Having the Recharge subscription app is like having a Mercedes Benz with their Top of the Line Service providers - making sure all the bells and whistles are working at Top Performance. Keep in mind we are a small company too! Recharge could have easily put us on the back burner knowing we aren't going to be making them much money anytime soon. (I know other apps that do this!) Works great! We use it in 3 different stores :) Every time you need support, they reply and help you ASAP!
Excellent, fast customer service. Some data redundancies that can make entry a chore, but overall does exactly what we need.
We use Recharge to offer subscription items to our customers and we are very happy with their system. Even when we have issue, which are rare, the support is quick and effective.
This app is PERFECT for subscriptions. We have been using in our shop for about 2 years now and runs very smoothly. Their customer support is BEYOND helpful and very responsive!
The Guided Launch process made migration easier than I ever would have expected. The support received from John in the Recharge Launch team was fantastic; fast response times, thorough explanations and flexibility to work across our timezones. We're looking forward to our customers experiencing the improved customer portal and overall subscription experience, with the features that Recharge has available.
