Vuk was a great help on the chat feature! Very helpful in helping us send our customers links so they can personally manage their subscriptions.
We have been using ReCharge for a few months now, switching from another subscription app. The main difference with ReCharge has been customer service, they reply to your queries fast and help in every way possible. Eventhough is not the perfect solution it works really well.
I love the app, and the customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to requests for help and always solve our problems.
Support is wonderful, everyone I have spoken to in the years of using this app has been incredibly patient and helpful. Adam was recently amazing in helping to answer all of our questions for our shopify subscription upgrade, and helped us come up with a solution to our unique shipping problem. Thank you!
During the pandemic we wanted a quick and affordable solution to add a subscription service to our coffee website, we were recommended Recharge and have been delighted at how it's increased our direct to consumer business. On initial set up, we hadn't achieved full integration with our customers' regular accounts but the Recharge Support team were brilliantly responsive and helpful. I dealt with the same agent throughout and she went above and beyond to help us get the fix we needed and optimise the associated webpages and email notifications. An unexpectedly personal and great customer service experience.

Tech support has always been on point. Not only are they knowledgeable and efficient with solutions, they are also friendly and a pleasure to work with; you don't need to be a techie to talk to their techies to achieve perfect results. Today I worked with a tech consultant named Maryam and she exemplified everything I described above.

Bryan from support helped us really fast. He literally sent screenshots with a step by step of what we had to do to solve an issue for one of our customers. Recharge support overall is very good, every time we have an issue they respond pretty quickly and help us solve the problem.
The team at Recharge is super responsive and quick to address issues. They took feedback for future updates and let me know those features are already in the works! They fixed some glitches we were experiencing on the fly. The care is personalized and the software is extremely useful. The reps are kind. Definitely recommend.

We have been using Recharge Apps for over 3 years and it does everything we need it to do and more. Support has been incredible since day 1. Upgraded our theme this month and the transition has been smooth. Noticed an issue this week and Recharge provided us with 5 hours of free development to fix it, Nick from e-shop genius fixed it incredibly quickly and now everything is running again. Great, sharp and fast job when I asked for a support. :) My recharge app was in need of a new parametrisation when change for frequency and days of the week.
Recharge is a sophisticated app within Shopify that enables subscription products to be sold, managed and edited with relative ease. The customer support they offer is excellent and Juan was very helpful in assisting with my query. From a technical perspective there are some improvements that could be made, namely making importing bulk discount codes into Recharge for the client themselves.
