We updated our shipping terms and April M was super helpful in updating all of our existing subscriptions. They were faster to respond than expected and we had resolution within an hour or two.

Had some trouble with customer not being able to update their payment method after switching from Braintree to authorize.net. Jovanah and Nikola jumped in and helped me with it, and in no time I was able to get things going again for my customer! Thanks a lot!

This app is continuously making improvements with the platform and as such the tech support team is able and eager to help. UPDATE: We greatly appreciate the help from Vinse across multiple brands which we have. Without him we would still be spinning our wheels!

I reached out for support on assistance on my Recharge account. It continuously kept giving me an error. Joey responded FAST!. He provided a few suggestions to try. IT FINALLY WORKED!!! I emailed him right away and again, was quick to respond. Thank you for resolving my issue, Joey!

I switched from another website platform where the recurring order system was really not working well. Recharge has been a breath of fresh air. The cost is very reasonable even for low volume shops like mine, while still offering great customer service when help is needed. I was able to import my current subscribers to my Shopify site easily, and customers have a lot of tools available to them. Recharge also can read line item properties generated by variant apps, which is something that other apps are missing. Highly recommend!

I appreciate Recharge's simple workflow and stellar client support. The UI is very friendly and can be learned quickly. Their technical support crew is always on the ball. A+++++ They constantly follow up and keep us up to date on all technical issues, as well as offer real-time strategic solutions.

The app is not the most intuitive and a bit tricky to set up... BUT it definitely works, and it works great. Thanks especially to the excellent customer service team.
