This app is great for my subscription business and I have been using it for a number of years, but what I really love about it is the helpfulness of the support team, they respond quickly and help me fix any issues I have and also give me links to tutorials to read so I can make even better use of the app. They are also regularly updating the app to make an even better customer experience for both myself as a business and also my customers.

The support member answered my question and implemented the solution. He even went beyond what I was anticipating. I only needed to communicate one time to get a resolution.

Fácil de usar y agregar nuevos productos, además de realizar cambios y diferentes tipos de suscripciones. Si tiene algún problema es fácil de contactar a alguien que te ayude y responden rápidamente si se necesita soporte.

I had a question about pausing payments, as we're launching our subscriptions prior to actually fulfilling them. Gabriel on the customer service team was incredibly helpful in giving me work around options.

Generally the app is a reliable solution for subscriptions via Shopify. When I hit trouble, the support team is very helpful. Patrick especially has been communicative, personal and proactive in his service.

Great customer service. Means the world in this day and age. It's a little pricy but we have been getting good traction with repeat customers. We'll definitely continue to expand upon it.

Bekah with customer support was great! They took the time to provide a clear response and they even went out of their way to make a nice little video to show me how to access our exports! 10/10 great job! Recharge is a great app!

Matt J was fantastic and super thorough. In the past I've received subpar support from ReCharge but Matt was great and super quick to respond.
