We had a problem with some product variants and emailed the support at Recharge. Meredith took over and after some explanations of what the problem was from our site... she just solved it, in under an hour. It takes days for other apps' developers to respond to support requests, but we know that when you use Recharge for your subscriptions, not only does everything work automatically but their support is top-notch! Thanks Meredith!
I began using Recharge when I migrated over from WooCommerce to Shopify. Recharge customer service has been nothing short of amazing, replying so quickly no matter the day. Seriously, their customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend recharge from those who are beginners to using Shopify plugins, all the way through experts!
Good, friendly and fast customer service! I wished for more compatibility of RECHARGE with other apps but with the Shopify checkout + RECHARGE that wouldn't be a problem.
I had a really good experience with this app. Support is always extremely responsive and helpful. Like it a lot more than what else is available.
Jaden specifically has made the experience from transferring Recharge to Shopify checkout an absolute breeze. Jaden was extremely communicative, technically skilled and patient. I feel so lucky to have been assigned Jaden at time of transfer. I seriously couldn't ask for better support.
Matt A. was very prompt and knowledgeable in helping me with an export. A recent update eliminated customer information from appearing on all of the line items for my export. I was in a tight time crunch to get this resolved so that I could notify ~ 1K customers impacted. Matt took the time to understand my issue, hopped on a Zoom call with me, quickly changed a setting for my account and forwarded me the working list. I honestly do not know how I would've resolved this without Matt's guidance and understanding. He's a gem and a life-saver at Shopify. I don't usually reach out to Support, however, if I were to do so again, I'd hope to get Matt. Kudos' to him and whomever the hiring manager was.
So far it's been great and the support I received (especially from Vuk) has been great. I wasn't sure we'd be able to import old prepaid orders but we have, which has been a huge, huge help. Really impressed so far.
Recharge is a dependable subscription app for Shopify stores. Customer support including Hazel and Robert are great. You can tell Recharge is listening to feedback and working to implement solutions to issues encountered.
I am not really happy yet at this point with our changeover to the ReCharge subscription app, but I am very happy with Matt A, ReCharge Support, with his assistance in providing me guidance to trouble shoot our issues. Thanks Matt A!!!
Recharge keeps being our choice for our coffee subscriptions -- it does the job, and customer support is Awesome!
We wanted the best subscription app out there and are very happy we chose Recharge. Their account team are very helpful and responsive. Integration was simple. Most importantly, our customers love the functionality and control they have over their subscriptions.
Recharge team is beyond helpful and hands on when asked of them! Jairus went above and beyond helping us launch and Grey has helped us optimize by answering all further questions & recommending ways to improve. The app works just as needed with all the KPI's we are typically looking for and is very easy to manage as well. Since this is a new functionality for our brand, we would love to have a comparison section added to review our bench marks against our industry and overall standards.
Malik helped me solve a nagging problem with a simple bit of code that I was able to install on our website, on a Sunday no less! Clear, concise, and prompt customer service. Thank you!

Great customer support from Dora and the app itself is very easy to set up. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get into subscriptions.
It's the best, good support is the key. It's not perfect but they respond pretty timely and genuinely seem to care and we get issues sorted out. Highly recommend.
