Alicia and the support team are amazing, I needed to make some substantial changes to my products and I would have spent many hours trying to fix the problem myself. Not only is this app extremely helpful and quite intuitive to use, the support staff at ReCharge is amazing and they are always so timely and professional and helpful! They take the time to go into detail and correct things, and educate their clients! Beyond pleased with your customer service. The only thing I could use more of, is detailed reports and the ability to pull specific information in a more specialized manner. (As in selecting what fields I would like to pull).

ReCharge allowed us to setup a monthly subscription to our PDF pattern offer. The cost is not negligible, but the service is on point, no other app offers the same level of functionality. Also, the customer service never disappointed us, they always responded quickly and managed to solve our issues. (Shout out to Nikola who just helped us on a huge problem, which turned out to be our fault)

Brandon was fast and friendly! I really appreciate his follow-up. The issue surrounded the account of one of my customers - so his work saved business I would have lost.
