This app has helped our business so much, it allows our customers to automate ordering their products on a schedule that works best for them. And the customer service team is very helpful.

This app has really helped with customer retention, and DJ in customer service was great. Be warned though that if you want quick response times you will need to get a premium service plan.

Daliah F and AJ M. have been SO very helpful to us! We were hesitant to switch our subscribers to ReCharge, since we had been with Cratejoy for so long, but we are extremely happy we did! Daliah & AJ are always not only willing to help, but seem excited to help us with any issues or confusion we have!

ReCharge is fantastic! Highly recommend. The team driving this service is absolutely incredible and thorough when assisting with issues. The features and abilities for our customers to manage, update, remove their subscription are all there and easy to use. Lots of useful reporting and tracking metrics and more. Also, ReCharge can handle large subscription models really well. We have over 15,000 subscribers currently so if that doesn't tell you they can do it, I don't know what will. Of course there are be things that can be cleaned up and added over time and I know ReCharge pays close attention to the moving pieces within Shopify so that they are always compliant. Five stars!

App and system is great - but more a 5 star for the support team, getting back and resolving my issues installing on a theme and then some - always save the day! Nevena was the assistant who helped out great. The rest of the team are a blessing.

We have been using ReCharge for subscription order for about 6 months. We are also using Klaviyo for email marketing and newsletters. So naturally we wanted to enable the ReCharge + Klaviyo integration. We ran into an issue with setting the integration setup. Fortunately, we had a great customer support rep (John) who communicated with us as their developers worked out the issue. I received a personal reminder from him only a couple of days later letting me know the issue was sorted out. I followed the setup process again as instructed and now we are rocking! A big thank you to the ReCharge team, customer support + developers! You all are doing a great job.

I was able to use the support and resolve a difficulty with our footer. I was given a couple of different solutions. Both of the solutions worked. One of the solutions specifically took care of my issue as well as kept the functionality the way that I had hoped.

Even though we are on the FREE account we get incredible after-sales service, love the features, flexibility and capability of the application and there is pretty much nothing it can't cater for!

They answered very fast, She knew exactly what we were needing at that point and solve the matter immediately. I will contact her about some other matters that we are encountering as well with integration with other apps we use in our stores in Shopify. Thank you very much I will recommend your support team.

I find ReCharge a little pricey and some features can be a little tedious, but overall it works well. Shoutout to Renata though for great service and assistance with some issues we were having and resolving them promptly.

We had an issue with the widget not showing up on our new theme, and then when it did show up on the listing, it was above the images. Ronnie and DJ did an excellent job of getting everything sorted out to us in about 24 hours. Great customer service!
