We have used this app for over a year and only ever had 1 problem with it. That one problem was on our end, but their customer support still helped us get it fixed within 2 hours regardless.

ReCharge is the best subscription app around, and everyone knows it. The thing that really sets them apart though is their support. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to utilize subscriptions for their store.

Great customer support when we were having an issue. I'd recommend it because they have thought of a lot of scenarios in their programming and they're willing to help when something doesn't go according to plan.

The Recharge team was instrumental in getting us set up with Recharge quickly in the busiest time of the year. Our Growth Account Manager was fantastic at answering any questions in a timely manner, complete with Loom videos to show how to set things up following best practices.

I was having troubles with the Recharge app, I am not a developer so I was not sure how to fix my problem. I reached out to the Recharge customer service, and I seriously had the BEST experience I've ever had with any customer service rep. Matt is amazing, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, and tried to help me as much as he possibly could. He always responded very timely and made sure I was well prepared to discuss what I needed to do with our developers in order to get what we need, since it was our website that needed adjusting, not the recharge app. Thank you Matt A for your amazing customer service!

This review is for Meredith, as I really appreciated her going above and beyond and taking care of an issue I had with my product variants. She didn't just tell me where to go to fix something, she took the time to fix it for me, which was very helpful as we're going through a sale and are super busy at the moment. Thanks Meredith!

ReCharge support has been very helpful in terms of resolving our issues. We switched. We had some difficulty with shipping rules initially but they helped resolve everything. The customer portal that the customer will see to manage their subscription is great looking.

Very simply, ReCharge just works. It's easy to configure and integrate, so it enables you to focus on running the subscription side of your business rather than programming a subscription solution.

We migrated from our legacy system to Shopify and integrated ReCharge to support our automatic reorder subscription customers. The Recharge onboarding team was wonderful and made the transition as turn key as we could expect. Andrew H. our launch engineering manager, helped us transfer/import all our customer information, which we certainly would not have been able to do smoothly without his help. Gordon C was our growth account manager for the first 60 days and helped answer all our questions, provided helpful articles to train us for our unique business needs, and set up zoom meetings to check in with us and provide real-time support. Highly recommend using Recharge! They have a wonderful on-boarding team.
