I switched from another website platform where the recurring order system was really not working well. Recharge has been a breath of fresh air. The cost is very reasonable even for low volume shops like mine, while still offering great customer service when help is needed. I was able to import my current subscribers to my Shopify site easily, and customers have a lot of tools available to them. Recharge also can read line item properties generated by variant apps, which is something that other apps are missing. Highly recommend!

I appreciate Recharge's simple workflow and stellar client support. The UI is very friendly and can be learned quickly. Their technical support crew is always on the ball. This app is great for my subscription business and I have been using it for a number of years, but what I really love about it is the helpfulness of the support team, they respond quickly and help me fix any issues I have and also give me links to tutorials to read so I can make even better use of the app. They are also regularly updating the app to make an even better customer experience for both myself as a business and also my customers.
