Kiki L answered my question quickly and her customer service was 5-Star. Your app is easy to use but I find your Help/Support Center difficult to locate answers in. Your team is great and I usually reach out to them by message directly because I go around in circles trying to get an answer through the Help screen. I have to say, though, the recent update is good as it provides more detailed analytical info.

i needed to know who was purchasing what product within my various subscriptions for work. recharge was able to add in a tool so i could get access to this information. super helpful and quick response time too!

Although new to the program and have yet to get subscribers, the customer service has been excellent! Jaxon was very quick to respond to my question and provide the answers and help I needed to make things work more smoothly with my inventory management software. Thanks again, you guys are great!

Recharge is a helpful subscription tool. We have been with them for years and years and cannot imagine another subscription tool. Recently we were helped by Trystan, who was able to provide us with access to their Recharge's new tools like Bundles, which will vastly improve our customer experience. Thanks for the help Trystan! I have also worked with Renata and Jack. We exchanged messages over weeks to thoroughly vet a problem that was being reported by customers, the Recharge team escalated it and had developers take a look, before determining the simple solution to help our customers. Their support is awesome!

I have been using ReCharge for 4 months now and I am completely satisfied by this app. I have been able to create the subscription plans our business needed, I am still working on the best way to handle gift cards on subscriptions but Gordon has been very helpful and is still helping me finding solutions.

The customer service here is awesome! I was having some technical difficulties, and Tigist immediately answered all of my questions with a detailed reply, and even included photos of exactly where I should click to fix the issue. Thanks again for your help, Tigist!

Joey, the rep who assisted me on my inquiry was very helpful. Actually, all of the reps who have assisted me and my team have been quite helpful in solving issues varying from tweaks to CSS to troubleshooting any glitches. The App itself is simple but sometimes quite overwhelming with lots of settings and options that we need to explore to get a certain data. That's why having access to customer service is very useful.

I love using this app. I switched to Recharge after failing to receive a response after more than a week from my old recurring app. I have never looked back since. They resolve issues fast and keep you updated if it's something that will take a bit longer. I recommend Recharge to anyone with a subscription business.
