Great platform for subscriptions. Plenty of integrations as well. They helped us migrate all of our subscriptions over so that we could manage them in one place and better understand our data. Their analytics gives great insight to what's going in with your subscription business. We're overall happy with the app.

With a growing subscription business, Recharge has been extremely helpful and valuable to our company. There are comprehensive analytics that Recharge compiles for us as well that help us with forecasting and with our retention efforts. After a few teething problems with initial set up I contacted the support team and a guy named Gordon was able to get us up and running within the hour. He was helpful, patient and made the process a lot less daunting than it had seemed initially. Moving forward, we're looking forward to growing our subscription side of the business with ReCharge and won't hesitate to reach out to the support team should we need any further help.

Best-in-class recurring payment (subscription) integration on the market. ReCharge has everything you need wether you are just starting out or have an already established business. Exceptional customer service who always go above and beyond. Extensible platform with an amazing api allows for customization and scale as your business grows. I couldn't recommend ReCharge enough!

We've been using this app for almost a year now. Our Rep Tyler is really helpful and always willing to get on a call with us to work out our development ideas. The app works as designed and they have been great about making it fit our VERY customized setup. Would recommend!

We had to run a bulk update through ReCharge which usually takes several business days. I explained to the team that our issue was a bit time sensitive and we needed the update done on a specific date -- they were very responsive and were able to accomodate my request! Matt and Nevena were in particular very helpful.

Jaden was one of the best customer service agents that I have ever experienced and not j witusth Recharge. He asked questions then sent a screen shot so I was educted on how to help customers going forward and then he went above and beyond by looking at my charge errors to see if there was anything else he could help with. I hit the jackpot with him. Thanks again Jaden!!

App works great (though I don't like having to dig inside the apps every time to get it, wish it was connected to shopify in a more user friendly way. also having to duplicate products is kinda weird visually). but all in all been very satisfied and a huge upgrade from what we were doing on woocommerce. And, had a support issue that Ronnie nailed! Thank you!
