Every time I have needed help, they have really made sure to address the issue and provide excellent support. Vuk really helped a lot with one of the issues we were having with our workflows, but Vuk made sure to resolve the issue.

Great tool and works seamlessly with Shopify. When I had an issue when adding variants their customer support team helped to solve it. Thanks Anna at Recharge team!

We've used this app for several years now. Been perfect for subscriptions and over time they have improved the functionality. Their support is also superb. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to set up subscriptions.

Customer service is great and quickly responds. The app wasn't rendering due to an error on my end and Brandon was happy to jump in and troubleshoot for me.

I reached out to customer service for help with an error message my customers were receiving after I changed some settings in the app. Not only did Tigist respond promptly, he fixed my problem, and went above and beyond to alert me to another potential problem that was a separate issue from the one I originally needed help with. Thank you so much!

As a priority Recharge customer, we've been very happy with the Recharge team's response to our inquiries and requests. The agility of the Recharge team to perform bulk updates and assist us in keeping our own customers happy and delighted is immensely appreciated! (And an extra big shoutout to Jairus!)

While we keep battling with Shopify Payments related issues, dealing with Recharge Support has made it more bearable. No issues with customer support (unlike Shopify Support!) Last interaction has been exemplary - thanks Elijah!

I used this app to add a subscription box to my puzzle website. It's easy to integrate, easy for customers to use and maintain their information, and ReCharge provides excellent customer service.

I was skeptical about no phone support for the issue I was having but the customer service rep/tech who helped me was quick in responding via email, super clear in her instructions, and knowledgable about how to help me resolve my issue. Very happy we worked it out with no problems.
