On one occasion Owais has provided me with useful guidance. Another time, Damien has been of great help and has even made a video to show me on to perform a certain activity step by step. I appreciate their support staff.

Recharge and its team are amazing! I was an early adopter and have gone through changes with them, most recently with the new integration to Shopify check out. Not only are they amazing communicators, they actually know what they’re doing! I cannot stress how valuable Recharge has been for my small business. I highly recommend using Recharge for your subscription service.

Almost ready to go live with ReCharge Subscriptions, the app is easy to use and looks professional. We've had a couple of small conflicts with our theme that the ReCharge team are resolving for us as we speak. The customer support from both Alona and Jamison has been nothing short of fantastic, I would highly recommend ReCharge to anyone looking to add recurring payments to their Shopify store. 5/5. We've been using Recharge for a while now, and it's honestly been a great fit for our subscription business. It covers almost everything we need. One thing we really appreciate is the support team. Every time we’ve had a question or ran into a small issue, they’ve been quick to help and super clear in their responses.

These are definitely the best option if you are looking to offer subscriptions on your site. They offer a lot of different features out of the box and everything works well with Shopify. We have been using them for the last 7 months, and in that time the support has got immeasurably better. Would highly recommend

Hi there folks at ReCharge! I'm writing to you today because of Denis R., who is just the freakin' best. Denis answered my question (which was all I expected), but then gave me ways to investigate the issue and avoid it in the future. He went above and beyond and was so helpful. As a customer support person myself, I love having positive conversations and dang. Denis. Dude. You're so positive it's contagious. Please give Denis one of those giant cookies that's like the size of a pizza. Maybe even bigger than that? Break a world record, because Denis deserves it. As Jean Luc Picard said, "make it so."

Recharge continues to improve each year, adding new features and capabilities. Can't wait for the day it can fully integrate with Shopify checkout API, I am sure it will come eventually. Their support is top notch
