This isn't my first time working with Recharge and it won't be my last. Recharge found the sweet spot of people + process. The team is incredible and beyond supportive. S/O to Ben M, Jaden W, & the wonderful Christian!!!! (Christian is truly the support rep of my dreams, so helpful! Everyone really cares about the tool and pushing towards improvements/reviews. I could not recommend more!

Have been using Recharge for a while and have been very happy; lots of good features and functionality, easy to navigate and make changes. Customer service has been really great and responsive as well.
Amber & the Recharge team were very quick and efficient to correct a problem we were having to reactivate subscriptions. They communicated with me quickly and efficiently to get the problem corrected.
I have utilized ReCharge at two different companies now, both with major success. The software itself is simple, straightforward, and able to really open up a major revenue channel if utilized and executed properly. My only suggestion would be to add more customization options for customers and on the backend for developers. For example - we have a minimum 90-day commitment which works well for us, but the only way to prevent a customer from stretching out a 90-day commitment to a much longer period is to not offer the ability for them to edit at all and email our team. It would be great if you could add commitment terms that unlock customization abilities for subscribers automatically.

I don’t think there are much subscription app on the store but for me, this has been one of the easiest subscription app to use. Everything is integrated and easy to use. Plus the customer service will answer any questions you have promptly.
Excellent app and support. Highly recommend to use in your store and initiate subscription products to increase your LTV.

Not only did she quickly help me out, she confirmed everything was working on Sunday morning! Before I even logged into my laptop, she had proactively checked my account to make sure the changes were made effective. I love ReCharge and have had nothing but success using this application! 12/10 would recommend.
The ReCharge Subscriptions app has been a necessity for our business. The support has been very responsive and extremely helpful.
I've been using ReCharge for the past 4 years on 4 different e-shops, and I'm glad I chose to partner up with them. Not always ideal, the progress they made over the years is good and their customer service 5*. Now I only wish they make the new Shopify Checkout integration available for their 'old' customers soon.

We have been using this app for more than a year now and are very happy with it. When you need support, provide as much information as you can. The first rep we encountered wasn't as knowledgeable but another rep stepped in and provided a solution.
Although my experience with ReCharge only dates back a few months, I've found it a great platform for managing and monitoring subscriptions. It also integrates well with Shopify and Klaviyo. There's some good functionality for improving AOV and reducing customer churn. I think ReCharge also has quite strong customer service (shout out to Roberto for helping me with a few issues and random questions) available via live chat or email. While no platform is perfect, ReCharge is intuitive to use and is being improved with regular feature updates.
Love Recharge! The customer service is great and it's made offering subscription products on our site so easy.
