I use ReCharge to manage our subscription products and have really enjoyed it! It's very robust and can do quite a bit which is great since so many subscription companies have different needs. Dalia with the support team is awesome! She's always super friendly and really works to give the best support possible.
Recharge has been great so far, but it's the support from Katarina N that makes it an overall excellent experience for us as a business. She's always quick to respond, has crazy levels of attention to detail and goes the extra mile to resolve any issues we have. Thank you!
Makes it effortless to offer subscription to customers and support is very responsive. The new integrated checkout makes the whole offering a lot more sophisticated.
Easy to use and excellent customer service! Our recurring business has continued to grow and grow with this app.
Still in the setup phase so can't speak for the utility of ReCharge just yet but I'll be danged if they don't have some world class setup support especially from Ranson!

The back end can be a little clunky for a novice but the support staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Chris today was super.
We've been using Recharge for over 4 years now. It's been a great tool to facilitate recurring customer charges and simplifying our operations. Recently, I had an issue with reconfiguring some items on Recharge App and couldn't figure it out. I submitted a help desk ticket with Customer Support and Dalia was super helpful and friendly in resolving my issue. I like that if I can't figure something out, I have customer support available to guide me through the process.
We use Recharge for our e-commerce website. It is pretty smooth, and customers usually figure out how to make changes to their membership on their own. It is very good for subscriptions on your store. Clay helped me with an issue I had because some code was keeping my add to cart button from showing. He was really pleasant, fast and fixed my problem. I would give him 5 stars if I could.

ReCharge has worked wonders for us for the past 5 months now. Us being a magazine subscription driven company, it does all the things we need it to. Also the customer support is top notch!
Works great with Avalara tax calculations and Shopify. Hoping that the Shopify payments integration is available soon.
ReCharge's workflows are incredibly robust -- but VERY sensitive. I was going insane trying to figure it out myself, but Dalia from live chat spent 1.5 hours with me sorting it all out. She was AMAZING. Not a single detail was missed. EVERY STONE WAS TURNED. So polite. So helpful. And yes... we FINALLY cracked the code (thanks to her). If you don't have the chat functionality of ReCharge... it's worth every penny.
Spent a significant amount of time searching out the perfect subscription app for us as we plan to scale significantly, and I wanted to make sure I partnered with the right company. ReCharge has exceeded my expectations - the support they give throughout the onboarding experience has been fantastic. It's also a very good app in terms of being able to customize it (significant customizations require a shopify expert, but the fact that almost anything can be done if you want it, is a HUGE plus). Highly recommend so far! Also extra kudos to Duncan and Alona who have supported me throughout the onboarding - they are great!

Chris at ReCharge was quick to update our theme for us when we realized it had uninstalled. The product works great we use it for recurring donations as a charity and saves us a ton of time with processing.
Gordon always goes above and beyond to get things sorted for us, and we're also getting in touch for one reason or another! Very patience and helpful as always. We're making really good progress with our portal.
