The team at ReCharge is super helpful and patient. They're always swift to respond and we take a lot of comfort in knowing that their support team is available to help us navigate the app and any new implementations. Sukhman & Jessie M helped us test out a new subscription and ensure a seamless launch. We've relied on the assistance from the customer success team and have been pleased (since 2018) with their level of support and responsiveness.
This app is great. Easy to install and add products to. Also when I need something tweaked the support was quick and efficient.
Used this app to run a subscription box service a few years. It's a bit challenging to set up but it does the job and works well. ReCharge's Customer Service is awesome, they've always been helpful and able to solve problems quickly.

I'm pretty sure each time was towards the end of the week on a late Thursday or Friday.I figured I would get a response on the following Monday since it was the weekend and that's what happened. I really appreciate the response. They always seem to go above and beyond!

This app powers our entire subscription biz and we wouldn't be able to run on shopify without it. Functionality is slightly limited out of the box, but the Recharge team is ready and willing to help with any and all customizations, and their CS team is very responsive and willing to help with all issues big and small.
After a somewhat confusing set of starts and stops with different reps, Dora was extremely helpful in pulling together my support history and helping me get to a quick resolution. We had a very complicated subscription program and Recharge was always willing to help us think (and execute) outside of the box to accomplish our brand objectives.
The app itself, like anything for Shopify, is not without its unique challenges. However, we've had really solid support experiences.
Has grown to be an absolutely essential part of our business. It's seamless and the analytics section is gold! We're able to quickly see our active subscribers, churn, and future revenue!
