App really works well for us. It can be a bit fiddly but he support is great. The friendly Byron C helped us when we had some trouble and now it's working smoothly again. Recommended.
Fast response and very helpful. I wanted to figure out how to set two different prices for my subscription and one time purchase and I got that figured out.

Recharge is a great out of the box subscription app and the staff has been very helpful. I certainly recommend them if you are looking to expand your subscription business.

Customer support very reactive and usually have solutions. Today they have sorted out the EU tax position for a UK company.

Chris from the support team was extremely quick and knowledgable when it came to a bulk change I needed in a time sensitive amount of time. He was very thorough and explained in an easy way what he needed from me in order to complete the task on his end. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to a task that seemed daunting beforehand.

Recharge has been a great partner for us for the past 3 years. We're now on their Pro plan, and the features and level of support we receive whenever we need to tweak something are stellar - the team responding to our queries (Jairus, Paola, Tarek, Alicia, and of course Timoor) usually responds within 12 hours and solves whatever we need.
I migrated from Bold to Recharge as the integration and partnership options Reacharge had available were essential to our continued growth. The migration team (Mat in particular), were beyond helpful and made the experience seamless!
Alicia was really helpful in guiding me through our Store Currency change and was very patient with me! everything works flawlessly and the migration was done in no time. Great thank you!
