I've been using ReCharge for almost 5 years now. It's by far one of the most reliable and income building apps in my toolbox. With over 700 subscribers to date, I would never consider eliminating or switching. Customer service is top notch! Nathan was extremely helpful and offered more than simply answers, but solutions that I hadn't even considered. One of my most favorite apps in the app store! Thank you ReCharge!
Great tool, it does what you expect. Although I am still waiting for the integration with the Shopify checkout. We can't implement tax exemption in the EU for this reason. Customer service is excellent.

I can hand on heart say that this is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. I recently reached out to Recharge because our original app installation was no longer active and I had the absolute fortune of contacting Kyle Turner at Recharge, who was so knowledgable and helpful! He raised a ticket and went out of his way to get the issue resolved very quickly. Recharge - you're a great app but not just that - you also obviously hire truly exceptional people as well. We had a bunch of subscriptions that needed to have their subscription product updated due to an accidental deletion of the original product. I reached out to ReCharge support and they responded SAME day. Even more impressive is that this experience is pretty much the norm with ReCharge -- they've ALWAYS been hyper responsive and their responses are always detailed and specific, leading directly to a solution. Wonderful support. :-)

We've been using this app for a number of years for subscription services and it is pretty seamless. If we don't know something, we just ask support and they respond quickly with either an answer or recommendations/resources.
